The breakfast was great, always fresh and a good variety. The pool was fabulous and the staff were very attentive. The Day Spa was very professional with lovely screened open aired rooms, our whole family had multiple visits. The location was beautiful, a relaxing spot but easy access to everything.

The resort needs to expand their in room dinner options. The pizza, burgers and pho soup were great but simple additions like salads or steamed veg could make it easier to feed the whole family. The on-site Mart meant we could easily purchase vegies however.

Nha Trang is a big city with full of high-rise buildings and busy streets but this island a perfect place for relaxing in at middle of the city. This place is not too far from shopping, food places and beaches. It is very quite, safety and beautiful scenery. Swimming pool is nice, clean and fun. Breakfast is very good, with many selection. Front desk and services are professional. The only negative is to rooms are much smaller than pictures in website but it is enough for us.

The huge swimming pool, sauna and steam bath are great. We also got a free upgrade which was really nice.

The family room we got was very clean, but it’s not cozy or nice to hang out.

The bathtub is wide and nice! The view from the room is amazing!

Breakfast is not adapted for vegetarians, so sadly I didn't even try anything for the 2 days I stayed there.

In such difficult times with Covid most hotel groups go above and beyond to satisfy customers, everyone is so quite anyway, Champa failed in basically all aspects of service.

What a terrible experience with this "5 star" resort. From a day before my check in the problems started, a special request to have flowers ready on arrival for my wife, 3 different forms of communication and no response. On check in I was told I'm "upgraded" to an apartment, this is purely due to damage to another building I found out from staff, and the apartment was less pleasing than my originally booked room, and had several faults ranging from doors that can't close to a water heater not working, and also woke up to construction noise right next to my head, then it was time for breakfast, what a disaster after I was looking forward to my buffet breakfast, changes due to covid left me with a shortened menu in mainly Vietnamese and I had coffee and 2 fried eggs, once again this is a "5 star" resort. No communication telling me there is a change due to covid, And was just left to guess, even had my wife's breakfast billed and charged, okay so next was the beach....uuuuuhm no, sorry while all the other hotels still offer this service with an open beach, Champa had stopped this service. So the hotels pool it was, once again with no less than 5 private swimming instructor's busy with kids in the pool I felt uncomfortable and didn't swim, it gets worse, as compensation for my terrible stay I was told I don't have to pay for a coffee mug o broke once again this is a mug I broke because I had to walk outside my room and down to find staff to get hot water to enjoy my early morning coffee.

The buffet breakfast was good with a big variety. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I used the spa and had one of the best massages I've ever had.

The swimming pool was nice and very clean.

The Hotel has 2 Restaurants for breakfast. One international level and one older one. The older one was just awful...feels like a different hotel. The service was terrible. Far away from a 5 star Resort. Disappointed
