A very clean and well equipped villa. Great position in the village close to all amenities. Very helpful host who was always on hand if required. Extremely private and well maintained garden and pool. Have stayed in many Pissouri villas in the past and this is one of the very best. A most enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

The villa was even better than expected.......Finished to an high standard with everything you possibly need. Added extra's of food items, drinks & shower gels were left in for our arrival. All your everyday items you need such as tin foil, food bags, washer & dish washer liquids.....basically everything you would have in your own home is available there. The place was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels to use. The pool and outside area was just lovely to be in. I can not fault the villa what so ever! It was our first time in Cyprus and we loved it, more so with staying in such a lovely villa. We would love to return in the future and stay in this villa again.

We stayed for one week in April. We arrived very late and were delighted that Stellios had left more than basic food supplies, which really helped us. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was cleaned twice in the week and the whole pool area was beautifully kept. Unfortunately, we didn't meet Stellios, but communication before and throughout our stay was perfect. There are many excellent restaurants, within walking distance, in Pissouri and more a very short drive away, at Pissouri Beach. Our favourite there was Kastro, which we highly recommend. Lovely villa close to Pissouri Village/Bay and perfect location for exploring Cyprus, the pool and gardens are extremely well maintained by the owner Steve/Stelios who visits the property twice a week. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking to holiday in the Pissouri area.

Both the house and the garden have a nice ambiance. The house was very clean and comfortable. The modern kitchen has all the facilities you need to prepare your meals. Also the barbecue was a nice addition and worked very well. The bedrooms have shades to keep the sun out and the bathrooms have everything you need.

Excellent villa with a beautiful garden/ pool area. Facilities were brilliant everything you could ever want and a lovely welcome pack for when you arrive late as we did. Approx 6 mins walk into the village with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. We will definitely return. Thank you to Stellios for the use of your lovely villa 😎🥰

This was our second stay at the villa and, as the title states, it was just as good as I remembered. The changes made to the outside area - a shady pergola just outside the dining room and an outdoor kitchen, meant that we spent all hours of daylight outside, and subtle lighting allows the area to be used after dark as well. Stelios is a great host - any queries and questions are dealt with promptly and the provisions left in the fridge are enough to keep you going until you can make a trip to the supermarket. Thanks for letting us share your lovely home and who knows, we may even make it for a third visit!

This was a beautiful villa, inside and out, it had everything you could possibly want, real home from home but with extra everything! The village is wonderful the stroll to which is just minutes. Booking for next year already!

Perfect.peace and quiet and not far to the square

The Villa is excellent in respect of all things, location was extremely quite without being remote, As indicated there are several good/excellent eating and drinking establishments within walking distance, the Villa was very clean on arrival with a well stocked kitchen everything you could ask for, bread and milk already stocked in the fridge which was welcomed on arrival. The bedrooms and toilets again very clean and quite in the evenings. The pool area was exceptional in its layout and facilities, lovely just to lay in the sun to relax with a dip in the pool when to hot. Would not hesitate to recommend the Villa to all friends and family and would thank Stelios for a great time my wife and I had during our stay. Ray & Angela

This lovely villa is everything you could want from a holiday home - and more. On our arrival everywhere was spotlessly clean, with good quality towels and bed linen. Lots of provisions had been left for us in the fridge. The outside area is stunning with a lovely garden and pool area, along with excellent garden furniture. The villa is in an excellent position in the village being in a quiet area but no more than a 10 minute stroll to the centre of the village where there are some great restaurants, our favourite being The Bunch of Grapes. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a really relaxing week. The house was spotlessly clean with high quality fixtures and fittings. The outside space and pool were just the same and we enjoyed lots of time just relaxing in the garden or in the pool. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The little touches made all the difference - lots of towels (beach and bath), toiletries, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and essentials in the fridge (milk, water, bread, ham, cheese etc). The main village square is less than a 5 minute walk and we enjoyed lots of evenings eating beautiful food in the various restaurants and drinking cocktails in the little bar! Lots of beaches to explore, an easy 30 min drive (at the most) from Paphos and amazing sunsets - a perfect holiday!! Thank you!

hello guys. my wife and 2 boys, arrived at the villa in july 2014, and we Really felt spoilt, it was Fantastic, the villa inside was well decorated, CLEAN and FULLY Equipped with What ever you need. Outside with its own pool and fantastic Garden, and furniture, was where we spent 90% of our time,The owner was great, popped up and cleaned the pool weekly, and was Very Helpful with what ever we needed, the Location is also Perfect 10 min stroll to the Lovely Village with the VERY Friendly locals, Bar and handful of restaurants is IDEAL, i would RECOMMEND this Villa all day long. this will now be our holiday home every year , thank you ,

We cannot recommend highly enough the villa and the position it is in with easy access to the wonderful village of Pissouri and we will definitely return. However we will be able to find it having now been there. We arrived in the early hours of a morning with an address but no directions. The road signs are behind bushes and the few people around at that time didn't appear to know where it was. The landmark you need is the Giraffe Pub which is on a corner. The pub is on a junction of 3 roads (the one you are on and 2 others.) You need the steep descent that looks more like a track and will be unlit but is actually a road and is lit round the corner. The villa is the the second building on the right having gone round the right hand bend. Enjoy.
