Room got super hot and the cooler did not help much. So a little uncomfortable at night.

The hotel is nicely located a bit outside of the Nes-village. The setup of the hotel is spacious so that is a good thing. The staff is friendly. At least some of the apartments are renovated which is a small improvement.

The way the rooms are renovated is not that good. The bathroom is still not smelling correctly due to limited air filtering. Besides the mechanical air filtering channels in each apartment is connected to the lower and upper levels in the bedroom and toilet without any (!) filtering. So you can hear everything what is happening on the toilets below and above you. The same applies to the bedroom. This is completely unacceptable and makes this hotel a complete NO-GO!

Great beds, good breakfast and fine restaurant

Wrong rooms at reservation. No airco (28 degrees on a sunny day). Tiny room for two people, old TV, personell only works with you after you’re really clear on what was agreed upon. No intrinsic motivation to keep you comfortable.

Hotel is located close to Nes village. The rooms are renovated for a bit.

The worst is the lack of noise isolation between the rooms below and above. You can hear truly everything from the room upstairs and downstairs in the toilet and small bedroom through the air condition system. Really annoying especially with guests who not want to sleep nu prefer partying.

The room was average in size. Breakfest was excellant, also the availability of a swimming pool was excellant.

The restaurant was below average and the menu was poorly chosen. The personnel running the restaurant did not know their job.

Wonderful service!!! The restaurant is spot on, they even made a 4 cheese pizza on request. The food there is very good, nice mix between vegetables and meat/ fish. The reception is very helpful, overall the staff is very good. The swimming pool is a nice plus!! The rooms are bigger than average, clean and comfortable. Location is very good for reaching the beach and the nice village nearby. All in all a very good stay!!!

The room was great, the only thing I would have also liked, is a small fridge in the room to keep some drinks and picnic snacks cool.

The reception is really kind and welcoming.I had a lovely view on the village. Great location to reach the interesting places easily

It's a big hotel on a small island.

Location is great in Nes so you can do a lot by walking. Also the hotel offered bike rental service so it was easy to sort out a reservation and enjoy the island's multiple bike paths to further tour around.

Reception staff was a bit junior, but given it is the start of the season I can imagine they still have to learn on the job and gain experience.

The hotel is quite nice and well maintained. I find it a good choice for families with kids. There is a nice playground and a lot of green space to run. With an easy walk you can reach the village of Nes. In 10 min-ride by bike you are at the beach. The Sauna is quite nice, too! We had a family suite and it is spacious, clean and well equipped! Perfect even for longer stays... you can cook, if you wish!

I find the swimming pool temperature too cold. The pool is not immense and, as you won't do a real swim, you are always cold. The kids entered and went immediately out. It was too cold for them! The extra price for the baby cot is too expensive... 25 euro per night. This is outrageous considering the high rates of the hotel! The cleaning of the room is superficial and very late during the day. I went back in the suite at 4 p.m. and they hadn't clean it yet.
