Nice little hotel near a bridge of Grado wich connects the two part of Grado. 5-10 minutes walk you can get the center from the hotel. We spent 3 perfect days here. I am really glad because the staff provide special breakfast options for me (gluten and milk free). It was very tasty! For parking you shoud book in advance, in other case you will find free parking (with white line) close to the hotel. We really like staying here, thank you for your service! :)

The walls, doors are not soundproof enough, you can hear when other guests come or leave their room, even if they chat in their room.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful and super friendly, room was great and there was a very nice breakfast. All you need for a short stay in Grado.

Very good simple hotel with nice staff, small but clean rooms, good breakfast. The area is quiet, with 10-15 walking distance from the old town and the beaches. Parking worked well without any problem.

There is no fridge in the rooms, but the host puts our stuff in the kitchen during our stay.

The Hotel is located in a silent area, not so far from the old town, city center. The staff is very friendly & nice. Parking of the car can be solved in the hotel side yard.

A small fridge could be great in the room.

Our receptionist went above and beyond to help us check in just before closing. She even packed us a sack breakfast to take with us since we had an earlier departure and could not make the breakfast included for those who stayed. Would highly recommend!

It is a great location on the island and right in the city center - just 5 min walk towards main area of Grado. Breakfest is nice, staff is friendly.

It has a limitaton regarding parking spots at the facility. During our stay was not crowdy but I can imagine that during season is not easy to get "white" parking spots, which are free of charge.

The property is set in a good location, a 5 minute walk from the old town which allows easy access and at times free parking. The rooms are basic but super comfortable and the staff are delightful, accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Uncomplicated check-in, beach is reachable in short time.

Ordering for breakfast must be given on the day before, what's really complicated. How should i know, how many peaces of bread we will eat, when we don't know, how big is one piece?

All in all really nice people and really helpful. The breakfast was ok, the room was nice and Air-conditioned.

We chose the place because it was marked free parking, that was literally the only reason and the main factor. When we got there it turned out that it is not free, €5 per day. We also had to leave our car keys at the reception, because the parking we had to pay for, was on the side of the building, a narrow strip and 3 cars could park in the length, but you couln't get out, they had to be parked one by one. So reception moves your car if somebody from behind you wants to get out. We have an english car and it might be challenging for someone who is not used to the driver seat being on the other side. Also, there is no reception from 20:00, so you can't access your car or anything from it if you have just one key like we do. Very frustrating. There is no cancellation, otherwise I would have cancelled when we arrived and I learned l this.
