Nice staff, nice breakfast, nice location

No proper bedding Only one thin sheet per couple and 1 duvet uncovered

The hotel was absolutely spotless, our room was so modern and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was quite big and amazing... oh and the mattress- had the best sleep ever!

The breakfast was ok, but no one made our eggs which was a disappointment and the food was exactly the same everyday.

The location was excellent

The facility needs to handle its parking places. One staff member was totally unhelpful and spoiled our trip with her attitude and manner. Another thing that I found very disturbing was having to communicate in English at the Hotel reception in a country whose official language is Greek and their visitor happens to be Greek also!

When I searched for a hotel for the last day of our vacation in Cyprus, I really tried to read all of the reviews and find the best solution possible for our family of three (we have a toddler of 2). This hotel seemed like an excellent choice. We payed too much for what we got. When we came to the room, it smelled like sewerage and the whole time we were there there was this weird sound like washing machine next door or above/below us. It seemed so loud that it kept my baby from falling asleep multiple times when I was trying to put her down. We arrived at 12:30, our room was ready around 13:30 so we checked in and waited. We were told that we could use all of the facilities and that was almost the case except that when we wanted to use the sunbeds and the pool, there were none available. The sunbeds were full of towels, but only a few people were actually at the pool. Later that day, around 18:45 we were back from the zoo and ready to take a dip, but as we entered the pool, the bodyguard told us all to leave and watched like a hawk to make sure we all do. I don’t have to explain the tantrum my 2-year-old have because she couldn’t use the pool even for a few more minutes. The next day my toddler had an accident next to the pool, she peed a bit. I went to the reception and asked if a cleaning staff could come to mop it up. I waited for half an hour but no one came to clean it. Both of the pools (large and one for babies) were dirty and not well maintained. To sum it all up, I was really disappointed with our stay and definitely won’t come back.
