The Keyser hotel is nearby the Antwerp central railway station on lively street in the hart of Antwerp. It was a fine hotel with friendly personel. The breakfast was excellent, a lot to choose .

The late check out was great and bed was comfy. A little outdated for a hotel but a nice stay overall

A good variety for an appetising breakfast including some fresh fruits available to start a great morning. location with viewing of the life in the street provides the impression of having breakfast in vivid ambiance.

Communication fault line with some rotating staff at the restaurant front desk. Even if they have to do their job, there is always a kinder way to communicate the message and that was lacking unfortunately.

Breakfast was wonderful, the room was nice.

In the middle of the night there were two people talking vertelt loud for a while, that kept me awake. The rest was very good!

The location and the breakfast

The first room we were allocated had plumbing and cleanliness issues. The second room offered was not suitable. After some discussion, we were allocated an upgraded room for no extra cost by te helpful staff.

The location is perfect.

Location was good - near train station and zoo. Breakfast was tasty, lots of options.

TV was in an odd spot. Room was small and a bit dated. Shower had poor pressure and bath tub was a bit stained.

Great location a few steps from the train station. Simple, small room. Met our needs well.

Excellent breakfast although very busy. Excellent location next to the central station. Lots of good bars and restaurants across the road but the hotel itself was quiet.

Needed more staff on reception for 3pm check in, although it was a bank holiday when we arrived. Confusing controls for the air conditioning unit, so gave up on it.

Great location for station, trams , buses and shops. Good selection of food available fir breakfast and a good timeframe to have breakfast. Al staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and towels etc were changed regularly.

Room needs a bit of an update maybe a nice colour on walls and mirror by desk, extra luggage stand but nothing major really. The bar was not open and only a small seating area near reception if you wanted to sit somewhere other than room on a rainy night.

The hotel is neat and very well located directly next to the station. The breakfast (Despite the hours not always working with us for our day trips) was excellent value for money. Rooms are spacious and cleaned well. Staff was generally friendly (Except the guy denying us a different pillow).

We had a request for a different kind of pillow but it was apparently not allowed to give a double room pillow to a single bed room. This was very strange, and resulted in some uncomfortable sleep for my mother in law. Also, our smoke free floor smelled distinctly of old smoke. Not unbearable but noticeable.

Room quiet in spite of very busy location. Very easy to walk to almost all our destinations, and close to public transport for anything else. Clean and very prompt service.

Room was a little cold at times, and no extra bedding or pillows available without contacting Reception, which was not continually staffed.

The waiting lines in front of the coffee machine were a little long. The pillows were uncomfortable and the air in the room was stuffy.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel is advertised as 4 star. It would not be categorised as a 1 star. hotel I was woken up by alternate guests at 2 , the phones in the room weren't working. Long story short I had to change rooms 3 times in an attempt to get some rest, this was 3 am therefore no sleep before work. I cancelled my second night with reception, they did not process it. I still wait for feedback and a refund. I have called the property several times, the manager has not contacted me nor processed my refund.
