Excellent breakfast; friendly staff; room has stylish interior; infinity pool on the top floor has fantastic views down Val Gardena and up to the Sassolungo mountain range; would definitely return.

The checkout time (10:00) is rather early, but fortunately we were able to negotiate a later checkout time at no extra cost. Also there is no gym, although that is not a major drawback.

- the head shower was broken and dirty - because of the old furniture there was a bad smell - no products in minibar - very expensibe for what it offer

This stay exceeded expectations with a beautiful room and tons of amenities. We loved the roof top pool and lounge room with fireplace and amazing views.

Our trip to Italy/France was 15 days and we spent two days at this hotel. This was by far the best hotel of our entire trip. Huge, clean rooms with en-suite bathroom. Lovely rooftop swimming pool with bar service. Amazing breakfast selection. Only downside for us was that we visited during the off-season (end of May) so many shops, restaurants nearby were closed. Cost of this hotel is definitely worth it when you factor in the pool, wellness Centre, and amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic ambience, kind and helpful staff, exquisite meals, very good location- the chairlift is 5 min walk away but IT IS NOT ski to door location. Spa and relax area is a wonderful option after skiing. Rooftop pool is excellent!

Ski room could be organised better- there is no hangers/dryers for helmets nor wet jackets. There is no place dedicated for drying ski clothes in your apartment either. Generally not much storage space.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The food was off-the-charts amazing. We are big time hikers so I was worried about being full after a long day of hiking, but we were completely full after every meal. The entrées were top notch and delicious. They had plenty of different options and did not seem to mind if you ordered more of something you liked. The cuisine has lots of local options from the area which seemed very authentic. The service for the hotel was outstanding. Our room was very comfortable. The robes and slippers were a nice touch. The Saunas, hot tub and pool were so nice to be in at the end of the day. The infinity pool overlooked the quaint town center and the Langkofel Peak.

The only thing I would have changed was the hours of the pool/saunas/amenities. For some reason, the hotel closed them at night (around 8pm). It would have been really nice to have those open after supper as some days we were out rather long hiking the Dolomites and did not have much time to spend in the spa before dinner.

The hotel is not pet-friendly, but profit-making-pet-friendly. Charge is 15 eur per pet per night, which is high level already (though some hotels charge even more). Sad that so many hotels use pets to make profit...

It was the best stay of our trip. The hotel is great, but the real difference is made by the staff, really attentive and professional. Super recommended!

Spacious room with nice view

Rooms were a bit cold. The SPA area is too small for the amount of guests. Parking is very uncomfortable. The phone number of the ski-shuttle didn't work.
