Superb location, spacious apartments

Personal amabil, mic dejun diversificat și un lucru foarte bun este faptul ca aceepta animale de companie.
Am fost în aceasta locație de cel puțin patru ori dar din păcate de la an la an totul se degradează se vede dezinteresul și faptul ca nu se mai investește nimic.... Păcat.

Very large spacious apartment, separate living/kitchen and bedroom area. Lovely and warm but big opening windows if needed. Beds comfortable, I stripped the bed for the cleaner on last day and was happy to see no stains on the mattress. The furniture is a bit dated but is fine, same with bathroom. Advise for ladies is to take your own hairdryer, the hotel one is a nozzle on a wall and will take a while to dry your hair. The hotel/apartment is very close to the town centre and only about 5-10 minutes to the Gondola. Reception was always manned and staff helpful., cozy fire and bar area too. We used the swimming pool which was fine, a little chilly for me, and sauna after, also fine. Clean. We used the amenities in the kitchen to make toast in the morning, groceries are very reasonably priced in Bulgaria. We enjoyed our stay at hotel/apartment Dream and would stay here again.
Lift was a bit unpredictable and did break down. Swimming pool a few degrees warmer.
Better lighting on the staircase, the lights are not very bright.

Hotel was fine for us and our apartment had loads of room - the breakfast was simple but decent. Location was great only 5 mins walk to ski shop and 10mins to gondola and easy to get to town. Staff were friendly and really helpful - would definitely stay again. For the money you pay its exceptional value.
The bar could have been slightly bigger/better but not really an issue.

a tad tricky to get to floor 5 but nothing major. the bed spreads could’ve been nicer.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, location was also good, breakfast was very good. The bads were comfortable. There are enough parking places around the hotel. The sauna was nice. We also played billiard , which was also nice.
It was cold inside and there was not enough hot water when we arrive, but after few hours it was good. It would be better to turn on the heat before the guests arrival.

The staff were very friendly, and the apartment is big
The room wasn't clean, the hallways were dirty, the kitchen didn't have all the amenities we were looking for and the cooking utilities were in bad shape. Maybe it's better to stay there in the winter...

We got a special apartment with dedicated dog room with big comfy dog bed, soft carpet and bowls. We got an apartment on the ground floor with a small garden for balcony, our dog was very happy. For sure we will visit again in the winter.
