Easy location and close to airport, clean and had what you needed
Bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and hotel was very loud, only one pillow that was really flat

It smelt, got woke up at 1230 with a fire alarm when I had to be up early. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. The shower was terrible. The decoration in the room was non existent. I think it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

There was hot water
The bed mattress is awful, the pressure if the water is so poor that if you have long hair, you would need a day to wash it. They are providing only two body towels, at least leave one small for hair, hands etc. There is not even a small table or stool to leave your clothes etc. It was a bit cold so in order to heat our room more we needed to visit the receptionist and ask him to do so because obviously the heating in the room is controlled from there.

There was no place to hang the big bath towel in the bathroom! This is not very nice. Towel racks should be installed!!!

Simple room, good for quick overnight stays.
Area isn’t the nicest but I think that’s Luton. Found a few stray hairs around the room (not mine). Water pressure was not good (shower and tap).

Stayed in a windowless room which was enough for just me for one night and a very early morning start to get to the airport.
I checked out at 2am, waited for my taxi in the lobby and had staff member Rahul help with the door and wait with me outside until my taxi arrived. Very very much appreciated!
There can be unsavoury people wandering around both day and night.

Toilet overflowin, I was not able to go to the toilet in the first night and next day morning. washroom drain not functioning. Water not going through the washroom drain. Mobile network not working at all. We are not able to get a call while we are in the room. Internet is very slow. Internet keep disconnecting. Room door difficult to close from outside. Really Disappointed and I need my money back.

the room was incredibly small. no space for storage. bathroom was tiny. the plug for the sink was missing. their was 2 sockets for charging phone but they was very high up on the wall
