Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e bem servido

Localização excelente. Os quartos são suficientes. O primeiro quarto que nos deram tinha um pouco de humidade e recepcionista trocou-nos logo de quarto sem levantar qualquer problema. Pequeno almoço suficiente - continental standard. Recomendo !

Ubicación muy céntrica, habitación grande y con terraza (vista hacia atrás), muy buen desayuno (buffet), aparcamiento privado gratuito (aunque pequeño), muy tranquilo y con ascensor panorámico con vistas a la playa.

Realmente, como no contábamos ni con la terraza ni con sitio en el aparcamiento, no hay nada que podamos escribir aquí.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We had a room on the sixth floor overlooking the Praya da Rocha and the harbour entrance. From the spacious balcony one could see all the activities whilst sipping your gin and tonic! The room had more than enough space with a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was quite good and the staff excellent. In our opinion a real value for money stay.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger as the room was quite big. The parking was a bit cramped, but who am I to moan as it was free parking.

Preis. Sauberkeit. Frühstück. Lage toll übernachten Strand und Altstadt zu Fuss erreichbar.

Zimmer ohne Aussicht im Hinterhof. War natürlich auch nicht besser zu erwarten bei dem Preis

Limpeza e organização!

Esquecemos uma jaqueta e não entraram em contato, sendo que fizemos o checkout às 12 e ficamos até as 19h na recepção aguardando nosso voo. Fora isso o café da manhã é de pouquíssima diversidade e todos os dias com as mesmas coisas.

Bed was like a board . Couldn't print receipt Door didn't work.. I heard every toilet and shower going above me... Breakfast was terrible Wi-Fi didn't work at breakfast .

L'hôtel est propre , la chambre était très bien pour le prix 😊 Le petit déjeuner est assez varié et copieux .

Anna the receptionist is amazing she upgraded us and talked to us every time she seen us. same as Jose in the restaurant is great too always take his recommendations and his very attentive I will be coming back again!

Times for food start at 7pm should start at 6pm

First of all, I am highly satisfied that the hotel management through receptionist (Ms. Joanna) arranged us a last moment two bedroom suite which accommodated by family perfectly and quite comfortably. Rooms, bathroom and balcony were clean and the view of the ocean (Atlantic) and the beach from the balcony were simply amazing. However, an electric kettle and tea/coffee set up could have it perfect. Secondly, the breakfast set up is great. It almost covers everyone's need. Delicious and fresh including desserts. Lastly, the hotel location can't be better than this. It is just in the middle of the beach parallel sight from where one can pop into the magnificent beach and the pier easily within minutes. Restaurants and local shops are also only five minutes walk. Top class location. It was my 2nd time visit in this hotel and I have a feeling that it is the beginning.

There was no electric kettle nor any arrangement in the room for tea/coffee as we are tea and coffee persons and it is a must item for many people, especially during travelling. The fridge could be bigger for some more food to store.

Good clean hotel in an awesome location. The panoramic elevator was a special touch. Wonderful professional staff who do go the extra mile to help out their customers in their hour of need. Decent dining options offered.

A bit dated ambience. The bathroom was clean but inferior in its ambience as as it was very bare, ie no tiles on the bathroom floor. But most negative aspect was that given the hotel’s drawbacks it is unjustifiably overpriced. Not good at all.

it was perfectly located just outside of the busy strip in a quieter part of Portimao, wonderful hotel with all breakfast and perfect room just for sleeping. The view from the hotel isn’t as good as on the pictures as there is a hotel right in front of it but you still get a decent view

Really good quality for the price, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was nice and staff was helpful.

Acoustic isolation could be improved, extra ventilation in the bathroom would be nice.

I liked the location of the hotel, at first sight, it was promising. The room was clean and matched the photos from the internet. Also, breakfast was nice, I liked that the hotel provided a variety of vegetables alongside bread and omelets.

Just when coming to the hotel I figured out that my room was supposed to have a sea view, but the view was 80% blocked by the hotel building in front. It was a big disappointment. Unfortunately, the restaurant was open only during breakfast, would be nice to have it open when needed.
