absolutely everything this hotel is exceptional at everything it provides from the friendly helpful staff, to the exceptional food in all areas the breakfast is on another level so much is offered and delivered so beautifully presented, the rooms are insanely spacious offering top quality spa products etc. the comfortable couch and mini fridge with milk was wonderful touch.The decor of this hotel is so beautiful with lots areas that allow peaceful moments or areas for meetups Ive stayed some fabulous hotels over the years this exceeds all! This hotel is a travellers oasis would be hard not to love your stay there.

The spa was exceptional, the room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was to die for

The staff cannot be faulted. Very attentive as expected at a 5* hotel.

The room. We booked a 'superior king room' but to be honest there was nothing superior about it. The fanciest thing in the room was a leather box which held the TV remote. I received a call the day before asking if I wanted 2 single beds or a king and of course I said king as it was what we had booked. When we then checked in, the bed was simply 2 single beds pushed together which begs the question - were we just assigned a standard 'twin room'... I usually never complain but when you're staying in a 5* hotel you expect to walk into the room and be in aww to some extent but this simply wasn't the case. The TV was tiny and outdated with no access to any smart choices (Netflix etc) which in this day and age is a given. Also the shower had only setting which caused water to go all over the bathroom floor.. I've stayed in 3 and 4* star hotels where the rooms were alot nicer than this.. My advice - if booking a superior room, call the hotel and ask what is the dofference between that and a standard room because in our case we didn't get anything 'superior'..

The Bed was fantastic,

Loved the decor, cleanliness, food and the bed was the most comfortable we stayed in all week.

The shower setup did not keep the water in the shower/tub so water got all over the floor.

The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower in the room was perfect and the shampoos and conditioners provided didn't dry out my hair. Overall, the staff were so kind and accommodating. We would definitely consider returning.

The only problem we faced was the amount of time it took to receive our room key, as there was a switch in staff after we booked in, and the information that our room key was ready was not shared with the staff after the switch, and so we were waiting an hour and a half until we asked for it.
