Excellent location. Walking distance to Ludweig strasse and other eating joints. Though we stayed for two days but the rooms were clean and the second day the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms. The bed was really comfortable not too hard or soft. The reception desk was really helpful in every aspect. Please do not expect premium facilities but you will get all that you need and most importantly its clean. Also the rooms come with excellent views.

Paradise on earth!! Idyllic surroundings , the hotel was on a quiet street surrounded by fairy tale houses . Typical Bavarian hotel 10 minutes walking from the train station. Friendly , smiling and helpful staff . Last but not least: the breakfast!! Sumptuous and fresh homemade pastries etc .Loved our stay .

Cleaning room without request.

Staffs were friendly,, they don't have many choices of food however breakfast taste very well and its a buffet. We had a room with balcony and the view was fastantic. Overlooking those beautiful traditional houses underneath a mountain, i cannot.complain about it. The birds were singing and the vibes were so relaxing.. I uploaded a picture from our balcony. Location is also around 10 minutes from the main train station, very convinient. I was very satisfied.

Our door was made up of thin and lil bit old materials and you can hear people talking at the corridor. But in total, hotel was very quite and peaceful.

Overall an excellent place to stay. The staff were very cheerful, welcoming and polite. As a welcome token, the hotel had kept few chocolates and drinking water bottles in the room. Super clean and beautiful room with a view. The location is good as it's a few minutes from the main station and tourist points.

Maybe the hotel can check with guests their preference with regards to type of drinking water and a small kettle can be provided during winter in the room. These are only suggestions and not dislikes with the stay itself.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner and staff were lovely and breakfast was great! A lovely place to stay in a beautiful location. The apartment was snug and warm… a welcoming place to come home to after each day of exploring the region and spending time on the snow!

We had 2 rooms, standard single and deluxe double. For deluxe room I expected more comfort. Maybe my expectations were too high. Any way, it was nice staying.

this is a great comfortable guesthouse with fabulous staff. we were made to feel welcome from our early arrival on New Year’s Day, through to our late check out on our final day. the rooms were spotless and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast was great, once again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a really lovely stay!

Avoid this hotel, I don't recomand it. The reservation was made for a double standard room and we received a double economy room at the attic, very small and uncomfortable. When we claimed this to the owners their answer was that the pictures on booking site are for general purpose and the rooms could be different. The price paid was for a double standard, of course. But the most rude attitude was when they told us that they don't care about the bad review that we will post or the claim that we will issue to booking, because they will close the business anyway and they will not read any mail from booking or review of us. Also is far away from the city center of Garmisch (like 1,4 km) and there is no supermarket or a facility in surroundings from where you can buy a bottle of water. Breakfast was very poor, with food bought from a discount retailer probably, nothing special. Overall, it was the worst experience since I'm using booking.com.

Good location and comfortable, clean rooms. They let us check in early so we could go to the Passion Play in Oberammergau.

Nothing!

The owner's attitude was very rude from the first day we checked in. On the other hand she was very friendly to other guests. My feeling is she has sort of racism. The quit cover, bed sheets and towels were too old and getting yellow. She said we can't find a cheaper rate and that is what we will get. This is absolutely unacceptable!
