Fab breakfast. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The bar/lobby was really nice place to finish your day. The view of the lake was spectacular. The bird life was amazing any time of day. The room was comfortable, but a little small and dated, although the bed was really comfortable, and the shower was fab. Location was spot on, just a 10min leisurely stroll yo the town, which was stunning.

Easy to find, good parking in the shade. Excellent assistance and advice from reception staff. Great location, only 10 minutes from the old town, near the lake and a nice pool.

In central location, couple of minute walk from the main tourist location.

restaurant was closed for service at 8:45 when we got there and we had to find another place to eat even though we were tired. compared to other places, the rooms are a bit old and small given the price but its perfect location in Sirmione explains it

a very poor choice for breakfast; hot meals must be paid extra!

Beautiful location by the lake, with a nice pool and access to the lake. Lots of shade where you can hang out. Walking distance from the old center and decent breakfast with lake views. Great value for the price.

Rooms are dated and very basic with light that seems to be from a surgery room.

The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pool area was lovely. The location was ideal. Close to the centre but still quiet and relaxing.

I felt that the bed was too firm.

Perfect location and nice to have free parking available. It's an easy 10 min walk to the castle and beaches. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. We were there at the hottest possible time so the aircon was a godsend! It didn't get the room cold but cool enough to be comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The room was a little small but we knew that when we booked it. Staff could know a little more about the close by sites (like hours and such) to just provide a little more help to guests visiting the area for the first time.

The hotel is directly at the lake, it also has a pool on site and many sunbeds to lie on. Only ten minute walk away from old town Sirmione and free on site parking

The food was okay, nothing special. The hotel could need a bit of modernisation and the rooms are very close to each other so you hear other hotel guests very clearly on the corridors and in their rooms

Fantastic location close proximity to Sirmione, we were lucky to have a room overlooking the lake. Excellent amenities

Everything was very good

Location was perfect just a 5min walk to bars and restaurants . The hotel was extremely clean and staff were really helpful and warming. Hotel breakfast was lovely and drinks were really reasonably priced. The memory foam beds were very comfy.

Great situation to explore the town of sirmione private beach by the lake with jetty a real plus . all in a natural setting
