The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location with it being a 5 minute walk to the harbour. We didn't get to use the pool, because we were only staying the one night, but it looked well maintained and very tempting. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Very well maintained, rooms were comfortable, enjoyed the pool and they put out a great breakfast at a very fair price. Excellent location, beach is a short walk to get to; many attractions nearby as well.

Very cozy little hotel. Great pool, good breakfast, extremely nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located exactly the right distance from "downtown" Cap d'Agde. Far enough not to hear anything of the party hubbub, close enough to comfortably walk there on a daily basis. The whole property was perfectly clean and the pool was in an impeccable shape every day.

The Helios is a very good mid priced hotel with a friendly personal service. There is a traditional and well maintained decor and good facilities. It is good value for money. I met the owner at check out, she was very welcoming and I had a nice chat with her.

The hotel offered more than what one would normally expect in a French 3 star hotel, which we used as a base for exploring the local area. It had a well-maintained and spacious pool area for relaxation at the end of the day. Cleanliness, in and out, was to the highest standard and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, in the normal French way, was straightforward with no frills. Our room was provided with welcome air-con.

The room was rather small for 2 persons, and the terrace was too enclosed with plants allowing privacy but little outlook.

Exceptional service rendered by owners and staff alike. Cleanliness beyond all standards. Would definately stay there again.

Very well located near the centre of the town. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There is a swimming pool, but our plans for a swim were thwarted by a rainstorm! Staff were very helpful. Parking was available within the hotel compund free of charge.

Amazingly friendly staff, fantastic breakfast service, private secured lot with FREE parking, walkable to the Port / Casino. Beautiful property full of palm trees. Quiet, comfortable dark room. English-speaking. Highly Recommended!

Long way to the beach and to bars/restaurants. Shortcut/ walkway mentioned with access gate to hotel is ok in daylight but pitch black at night.

Nice grounds around with picnic tables, quiet neighborhood. Easy parking.

The room for kids was a real shoebox, a staircase for the upper bunk bed was poorly fixed. The most annoying was the impossibility to dry the swimsuits after the sea and pool - there was a french door with a railing but then the water from our suits was dripping on the table of downstairs' neighbours(((. The hotel is at some distance to the sea.

Breakfast was ok. Staff very helpful and nice. And the pool area was very nice. Everything is clean.

The reseption and bar was if it was draged out of 1975. They would have improved the impression a lot by renovating that.

Communication with staff was very nice, they were welcoming and hospitable. I really enjoyed first of all the terrace my room had, plus the hotel had a very lovely small garden and pool area. Also, they were kind enough to contact me after check out that I had forgotten something personal there, and they were kindly willing to ship my belongings back to me.

I didn't feel that I disliked anything.

The hotel was very well placed for Cap d'Agde port and had a lovely swimming pool and gardens. Our room was small with a terrace but suited our needs. This was a last minute booking and we were very pleased with our choice. The Covid arrangements were excellent and the hotel very clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner, Christine, went out of her way to arrange pcr testing for us in Northern France before our return to the UK. This was really appreciated.

Attractive decor and garden area around pool. Staff very welcoming and bar well stocked, including soft drinks. Comfortable bed and good shower. Good breakfast - not hot food, but good selection in the buffet including fresh fruit and good selection of cheeses and yogurts.

No serious problems - just had to wait a while to get coffee/tea at breakfast as only one coffee machine was working.
