Excellent staff. I arrived later than expected, yet the manager was aware of my intended visit and handed over the room key. Car parking is available. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, yet there is an advantage of this location as the guests can enjoy the birds singing early morning. :-)

very good, old fashion school hotel. yet, all the facilities have been upgraded to meet today's regulatory requirements. I enjoyed water based heating radiators in the room. Many other hotels these days opted to install efficient ventilation systems that blow a dry hot air. The old heating system is much better if compared with that one of this new technology. It makes a guest feel home.

location is not bad, quite close to railway stop

Rooms are dirty from previous guests . Hotel Does not bring new shampoo, I mean some guests used it before . Cold in the rooms. Poor breakfast with real poor coffee. This is normal 3 star hote, not four star hotel for sure. I have paid : room 130 euro per day + 13 euro per day for poor breakfast+ 25 euro to iron 2 shirts .. very expensive for such low quality service

Great value for the price. Room was large, very quiet and also included a bathtub in the large bathroom. Room temperature was perfect. Staff was helpful to solve a small issue with the room lighting. Breakfast was nice with a fine selection of food and reasonably priced. Airport is very close by without the property being an actual airport hotel. Liked the free parking and gas station nearby. Also several places to eat nearby.

No lift access to the room I was staying in, but there were a lift on the property with access to other rooms. The first front desk staff I had contact with were difficult to understand (poor English language skills). The bed did squeak when turning around but didn't affect getting a good nights sleep.

Good value, close to airport, easy to reach hotel and airport by public transport.

There were renovation works going on outside, with scaffolding obstructing the view and customer parking limited by the crane and delivery trucks.

the cleaning staff were ao loud in the morning and laughing out loud and didnt pay attention that some costumers are still sleeping!

the location is good with easy access off the autobahns. parking is always easy and the desk is manned all day. The local area of Kaiserswerth is very historic and it has some nice options for meals and strolling by the Rhein without the hassle of getting into the Altstadt itself. the hotel is always very clean

There is no option for anything other than breakfast so if you want a meal in the evening then you need to go out.

Did not get my own key for my room, reception had to open my door every time. No wifi available although it was indicated. The room was in the basement. All in all it was very disappointing.

Hotel was very quiet and had an issue with staff illness, but someone came specifically to let us in. The staff moved breakfast forward to a very early start so it was possible to have breakfast before commuting to work. All staff very positive and actively greeted us every time they saw us. Great location.

highly overpriced served a standard breakfast that is stuck in the 80s.....it's 2021, you should offer more vegetarian AND vegan options pillows are too soft...so soft that it makes no difference if you use it or just lay with your head on the bed (cheap quality)
