A very warm and friendly welcome from Roberto and Vittoria. It was extremely useful to have free parking in Parking P6 in the town centre which is early accessed from the lower of the two entrances to the hotel.

we appreciate the cordiality of Roberto and Vitória. Always attentive. But the logistics of accessing the hotel are very difficult.

Hotel location. It has difficult access having to load and unload luggage.

Great- I enjoyed the pastries, fruit, fruit juice, meats and cheeses, and breads. Roberto gave me some good advice during my stay.

Roberto and Victoria were excellent hosts very welcoming and very kind. The room was excellent and the location perfect right in the middle of town. Car packing was arranged just outside the front door. A truly fantastic stay.

The owner of the property, Roberto Gardinelli, is truly one-of-a-kind. He is joyful and gregarious, and was extremely helpful and caring. His hotel is in the center of what is going on in Montepulciano and we only wished that we had booked it for more than one night. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast, which is included, could not have been better. We will definitely return to Montepulciano for Christmas in a couple of years and we will stay with Roberto and his lovely wife, Vittoria.

Lovely little place. Located in the center of town

This is a typical toscany villa with small but comfortable apartments, the village style. It is located in the center of Montepulciano and has a beautiful terazza where you can enjoy wine and pizza. But the best addition to the experience is Roberto and Vittoria. They have this crazy, Italian energy between them and with people around. They take good care of their guests. I mean, we really felt like being at home. Gtazie mille Roberto and Vittoria!

Not a lot

The host on arrival was extremely rude, antagonistic and unhelpful. The pictures do not represent the room we were in, which was dated, and the breakfast was very average. There was no hot water for two days, given previous experience, raising this would have been pointless. How it is rated as superb is beyond me, best to avoid.

Robert and his wife were wonderful, they were so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The rooms were large and very comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was so great and very generous for the price of the stay.

There was no air con but a large fan that worked just fine in the heat.

The host Roberto really makes this place. His hospitality makes you feel at home from the start (personal escort on his motorbike to the hotel). Breakfast was amazing on their lovely rooftop terrace. Location is perfect right in the center of Montepulciano.

AC & a mini fridge would make this place perfect.

Roberto and Victoria have filled the property with their memorabilia which makes it feel like you are a guest in their home.

Roberto and Vitoria adopted our family for our short stay and were so passionate about their home and made sure we had everything. White glove all the way and so much fun!

Room 5 mattress is due for replacement.

A traditional Italian breakfast served with a very, very personal commitment from the owner of the hotel. In addition, constant conversation and care from Roberto. No problem with access and parking. Roberto personally guided the access to the hotel and showed how to get around the city.

There are no such distinct elements. The hotel has its own specific soul adapted to the place / city.

Roberto is a perfect host, picking us on the parking outside of town and showing us the way to the hotel. His warm welcome made us feel his friends, not only guests. The location is in the middle of the town, breakfast is perfect. He also provided us with a lot of useful information (we had very good dinner). Staying here is a wonderful experience
