To hot called the front desk 5 times to lower the AC and it’s control by there computer and they did not lower it making it extremely hot n difficult to sleep

It's old. Old facilities Air conditioner not working properly Not much verity in the breakfast

Everything was excellent. Hygiene was on high level

Both ladies at the reception, both during check-in and check-out - service at the highest level. The right people in the right place.

However, the service of the restaurant on the 15th floor leaves much to be desired. First of all, I had the impression that I was disturbing them, the way of serving dishes by the waitress (middle-aged brunette) was very bad. I had a feeling she should be serving food in the prison canteen. After the main course no one came to my table for 40 min. After finding the lady waitress who was talking in the social room, I ordered tea and asked for the bill - waitress had an obvious problem that I distracted her from the conversation.
