Hotel was very nice. Location and service were awesome. Breakfast was nice, I was longing for porridge, fresh berries and Finnish Coffee 😊 Room was very cozy and had lot of space. View to mountains and fjord was awesome!

We had no air conditioning in room, it was quite hot the second day. We had two separate beds instead of one double bed.

Location and breakfast.

Rooms. The hotel is being renovated and the refurbished rooms look nice. I didn’t have one of those rooms, so mine looked dated and I didn’t think was worth the money. The shower was ridiculously small, it was so close to the toilet and sink you had to squeeze through a gap to get in it, and it flooded the whole bathroom.

We were placed in a very old part of the hotel, room 521. The bathroom was very tiny. The shower was way to small, even for a 60kg woman. The light in the bathroom sometimes worked, sometimes not. The bedside lamp was broken. The hotelroom door could be opened on the outside without a key card. The coffee/teacorner in the room was empty. At breakfast the only coffee machine available often didn't work. Asking the staff for help, they clearly were annoyed that they couldn't help, or that people kept asking? We simply don't understand the name of the hotel if you offer rooms/service like that, for the money we paid. Shamefull!! The receptionist (a man) helped us to a different room. So at that point there was a newer room available. Why give people the old stuff!?

We stayed at this hotel recently, and the location was excellent. We stayed in the older section of the hotel, and the rooms were clean and spacious. One of the best things was the convenience of parking our car in the adjacent shopping center's parking garage. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and comfortable accommodations.

Great location. Clean.

Could not adjust a/c. Blowing cold whole night. In breakfast many items gone even 40min breakfast time left.
