Beautifully decorated house as was the bedroom.

A classic French town house hotel. Excellent friendly welcome and service from the lady at the hotel. Ample simple breakfast and good coffee. Bedroom well decorated and furnished. En suite shower room clean and lashings of hot water. We strapped our bike around the back of the hotel next to the rear garden out of sight from the front. Pleasant town but a lack of restaurants but we went to the busy brasserie near the port by the mini roundabout both nights. Food simple and not very French but good value and extremely welcoming. Would stay again. Good value. breakfast was 12 Euros per person.

Breakfast could have been better but was adequate. Located a short stroll from the port and restaurants. A nice relaxing town. We were late arriving at hotel and reception remained open. Thanks.

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from shops, a beautiful port and a great selection of restaurants. The Hotel was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. The building is vey authentic and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed for three nights and would definitely love to go back.
It would have been great if we had tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but that's just a minor thing. I think given the price we paid it's hard to suggest they could do more.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and value for money. We were staying for the Traversées Tatihou, and the location is excellent. The rooms were large, comfortable & quiet.
There were no hot beverage facilities in the room or elsewhere.

super quiet and nice old restored farm house. Friendly owner and quiet neighbourhood. in the middle of nature and truly authentic. late night drinks served.

off road parking
breakfast was over priced for what it was, we arrived early after having travelled some way by motorcycle. The lady closed the doors lock up wouldn't let us leave our bags or heavy motorcycle clothing although the hotel was empty and went to lunch for 2 hrs leaving us outside in the heat.

St Vaast la Hougue is a very busy town especially in holiday time and La Granitiere was a short walk to the harbour but had ample off street parking which is a huge plus! The facilities were very good especially as we had a corner bath in our room (which we had requested) a big plus for my wife! We didn't have time for breakfast as we had to catch an early ferry from Cherbourg.

The location was good, close to town. The beds very comfortable and staff friendly.
The rooms/bathroom were a little tired. No tea/coffee supplied. No bike storage. So for the price we thought it was not as good as other places we stayed along the coast.

Decent room.
Owner was not helpful. She seemed to resent our decision not to have breakfast. The televisions in our room didn’t work and the owner was completely disinterested. As we were paying a large price for a suite we expected better.
