Clean accomadation with good lift.
3 rd floor have access from owner House.just put a curtain as a partition.
Outside food not allowed in the hotel.I ordered the food before reaching the hotel by online. Unfortunately i sat in the taxi & eat the food.Not mentioned in the policy.

Privacy is very less. Staff also using third floor appartment bathroom. Dont book the third floor apartment.
Limited breakfast, not professional ( dont know how to arrange).

I'm a hygiene obsessed person
So I was fully satisfied with the cleanliness level of the property.Hope they will maintain the same
As such there is nothing because the reception guy was really helpful in assisting and giving the right piece of advice rather than just bluffing.

Room was neat & clean with ample space and spacious bathroom .
Air conditioner was not working properly though whether was not that hot but staff didn't even bother to check the AC.

The rooms and bathroom were clean, bedsheet was without any stain. Hygenic place to stay in the price we paid. Staff was really helpfull, we left our purse and tablet in the room bymistake and staff specially called us and returned our staff. Really appreciated.

The ambience and atmosphere here was phenomenal. The service was pretty good, and the hotel staff were friendly. At such an affordable rate, all necessary amenities were met, and the stay was very comfy.

They had a porter who carried our bags to the room. Room was air conditioned, and the beds were laid properly.
The breakfast was fine, but the choice that was included with the room was limited, there was not much to choose from. Also it was only served as room service there was no dining area. It was not served by a professional person. Also I booked a whole apartment with balcony, but we were restricted and did not have access to the balcony. The location was also in a very dirty area with lots of litter around.

The room was nice and clean. The food was good. The property is close to Taj Mahal. Polite staffs. Worth the money.

The staffs are very rude. They agreen the rooms for three days and they aajed ua to vacate next day. Even after they know we are family with an old father of 75 years and of three children they asked us to quit they were very bad people. Not fo operative a young guy who shouted on us asked us to leave. Behaving lije we are beggers not their cuatomera i am shoked with that guya behaviour how can aperson behave auch to a customer. I persinally suggest nit to take rooms there. Showers are complint and tv also not qorking only the cleaning wtaffs are very nice to us else very disappointed.
