The location was great. Centrally located to the beach, historical sites, numerous restaurants and bars.

Paid for an ocean/city view with a private balcony. Never got the balcony. Only switched rooms for the second night and then got a view. The bathrooms were dirty and the bathroom sink didn’t drain. If you truly don’t care about the cleanliness of your room, and just care about the location then you’ll enjoy this place. The front desk guy seemed very put out about everything and unfriendly. We are still waiting for a refund for the extra that we paid for the view and balcony.

Room whas dirty and didn't look at all like on the pictures. The staff was never there, and we were not able to reach them by the phone also. AC was leaking wather and even broke entirely in the middle of our trip. That was a big problem since the room had no windows. The staff didn't do anything to help us.

The best way to live Jaffa! The place was very beautiful and the staff super welcoming. Really suggested. We will be back for sure!

It's a good location. You are in heart of Jaffa. Close to the beach and flea market.

It was extremely loud, the showers were with mold and mold on the ceiling as well. Also no elevator and the manager didn't help me with my luggage, it felt throw the stairs down to the street!

The room was gorgeous and the location was perfect.

Some things were a little run down and sometimes the front door was not locked all the way (that’s more on the other guests not closing it all the way, though)

The location of this property is idea for accessibility to everything around Jaffa. You can easily walk to all local restaurants, cafes, the port and surroundings. The staff were very helpful and obliging.

I booked and paid for a room with a balcony and my room did not have a balcony. When I asked the reception manager, he told me the inside common sitting area constituted a balcony even though other rooms had outside balconies. It is not ok to charge for a feature and not provide it. If the room price includes a balcony and there isn't one, some partial refund should be provided. I paid for something I did not get. Beware of the breakfast inclusion. It is vouchers for one item from a nearby bakery and too bad if you are wheat intolerant as I am even though I notified ahead.

The 'hotel' is more of a hostel in a central area of Jaffa which is very convenient, However there wasn't a sign outside the building so is very easy to miss, It is also very noisy from both inside and outside of the building. There wasn't anyone to meet me and I had to rely on other guests to explain how check in worked. It would have been nice if this had been communicated prior to the stay.

only pictures was show nice on booking, no reception worker working in tiny reception desk, we called, nobody answer the phone, we was waiting for a “ staff “ to get a room after 40 minutes, the room very small and dirty! the window can’t close and dirty window, TV no remote, if you have problem, try to find employee in reception desk, never any body sitting there, only one computer and never answer cellphone on the desk. 0 service, never come back again.

Nothing - THE OWNER IS RUNNING A SCAM THROUGH THIS HOTEL USING BOOKING.COM. PLEASE check reviews on other platforms where people have detailed identical experiences to ours and do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. He uses bookings that are prepaid, and kicks people out of the hotel mid stay and does not refund the bookings. Initially i was unable to leave a review because he ensured i was the one to cancel the booking - i have been able to leave a review only because i submitted a compliant to booking.com about my experience. Other people have had the same trouble with leaving reviews due to booking.com's system (as detailed in reviews on other platforms), meaning that no one is able to leave negative reviews under the booking.com listing of the property.

Myself, my partner and my mother in law (who is 75) booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. On our second day at 4pm, the male manager approached us and told us that we had 20 minutes to leave our rooms and the hotel as there was a leak. We checked our rooms and there was no leak anywhere. When we asked him to show us where the leak was, he became extremely aggressive and told us to get out and find somewhere else to stay. When we questioned him about a refund for our remaining 2 nights, he said that booking.com would handle it and refused to answer any more questions without using abusive language whilst coming aggressively towards us. He then changed his mind and said he refused to give us any money. We called booking.com ourselves to verify what was happening - whilst we were on hold, we checked reviews on other platforms and found out that this is a common scam that multiple other people had been subject to, down to the owner claiming a leak or burst pipe. When we confronted the owner about the scam, he became even more aggressive and violent. When we spoke to someone at booking.com, we found that the owner had then agreed to a partial refund, but had told booking.com that we had done damage to the rooms that equated to the exact amount that we were being refunded, meaning that he would keep all the money. Thankfully we had taken photos of our rooms that showed we had done no damage as we suspected something like this would happen. We managed to obtain our refund for the 2 nights we were kicked out for through speaking directly with booking.com as the owner was too aggressive and irrational at this stage to deal with. On top of this, the rooms look NOTHING like the pictures - rooms are old, musty and the bathrooms are full of mould. PLEASE PLEASE do not stay here and get caught by this scam, nothing about this hotel is good enough to justify such vile behaviour.

central location. very helpful staff. the young people running the place are trying their best and want to succeed. The rooms are small but comfortable and you are right in the centre of town, its noisy bustling and alive. Dont expect a quite place in the country.
