The pool and view are exceptional. The breakfast is delicious and the whole place well kept. You are close to the quadrado and not too far from the beaches mainly Nativos. We saw lots of wildlife like Monkeys and Birds.

This place is a piece of heaven on earth. The pics don't make it justice, so when I got there I was impressed with how beautiful and idyllic the place is. The room is comfortable and spacious; the pool area is great with a stunning view; breakfast is a delicious brunch/mini lunch and location is top notch. I couldn't recommend it enough and I would come back in a blink

The only thing that was a bit annoying during the first week was some partying going on in one of the flats - since the receptions is not 24/7 (completely understandable!), we didn't have a way to stop it or ask them to stop. Apart from that, nothing really.

The hotel is a lot nicer than the photos. There is a beautiful garden and the rooms were more spacious than expected. It’s very close to the city square and beaches but distant enough to avoid noise. Beautiful views as well.

Most of the kitchen staff were friendly. But both the receptionist were aloof, not very helpful and bordering rude. It was quite unpleasant.

The property is location is gorgeous. Right in the center of Trancoso, 2 minute walk from the cuadrado and it’s shops and restaurants, but still in a secluded and quiet spot with the most incredible view on the forest and the sea. The gardens are beautiful, monkeys will visit for breakfast, the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room (the bungalow) was simply stunning. Will definitely stay here again in my next trip to trancoso.
