The location of the hotel and sea is enough good, everything else is very bad.

These people, whose terrible service staff do not even hesitate to fight in front of the customer, staff is generally rude, discourteous and have employees who have not seen a single responsible during the days we have. If the hotel managers bother and pay attention, all of those staff should go, they do not have the heart to work and they seem to be kept by force. If you give them so much space, you won't have a hotel to manage after a while. terrible. no cleanliness, no shower not working, food bad everything sucks so badly. The structure alone should not be preferred because the sea is beautiful or looks good in the photos because it is a terrible pit. I do not recommend a hotel that will suit anyone.

We are returning guests as we enjoy staying in this hotel and have already booked to return. The Customer service manage Mustafa went out of his way to make us welcome. We like the Ala Carte menu as different to the buffet's. The bar staff are very friendly and talk to everyone. The entertainment team are good especially Khan and there is nightly entertainment and lots happening during the day. The location is great on the beach front and you also use the Millionaire Club facilities next door.

Sometimes the drains can smell and the cleaning could be better.

We where Very happy with the restaurant and pool and bar and intertainment staff. Very helpfull and kind People. Two out of 5 rooms that we got had big cleanning issues and had bedbugs and bugs in the room. And ny søsters that lives in those rooms got serious problems with heri hud and the bodyguard was fuld with red marks. They had to og to hospital and got treatment for allergi. For all rooms we had to og to the receptionseveral times to fix the different issues we had. locker, bathroom, electricity and you name it. Aften a couple of days with these issues at last we changed the two bad rooms and our room problems got resolved so it was ok afterwards. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel at all and they know that themselves too. I dont understand Way booking.com present them as 5 star hotels. Good things about the hotel: Beach, pool, restaurant and the food, and the green area. The staff and specialfly the Young staff that did Their bedst to male it a Pleasant stay for os Bad things: cleanning, comfort, service, lobby which are not comparable to a 4 or 5 star hotel It was a Very noisy area but it is not the hotel problem.

The food was not as expected. no iron in the room . Air condition very week . Cleaning stuff didnt change towels every day as it suppose to be. problems with hot water, you have to wait 5 min.to get it worm.

the bathrooms are not very convenient. Whenever someone is taking a shower, the other cannot use the toilet, plus the water gets stucked because the draining system does not cover the full area for the shower

The location, facilities and everything were all fantastic. Right by the beach, great room, food was good.

It was let down by the atmosphere created by the staff. The entertainment staff were often overly pushy to the point of being rude and would sometimes completely ignore female members of our party. At one point a bartender came over to our group very drunk and this made all members of our party very comfortable. Overall the atmosphere was very sexist and the entertainment on one night was inexcusably racist - with a dancer coming out in a costume caricaturing a black woman.

Beautiful rooms. Beautiful pool. Excellent team. On beach location. Large menu & table service for lunch & dinner. Buffet for breakfast.

Resturants & nightclubs next door keep you up until 4am. Not good if you fancy an early night.
