location, the room was clean

Everything was fine apart from one thing - the checkout time on booking.com says noon. Since morning, somebody was trying to get to our room twice WITHOUT knocking (We suppose that it was the housekeeping since they had keys). Fortunately, the key was inserted in the lock, so they could not enter our room. We stayed for one night only, so we have no idea what were they looking for and I think this is kind of inappropriate.

Air-con would have made for a more comfortable stay.

The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very nice. There is good restaurant at the hotel. It is not far from Vienna airport.

It was hot and there was no air conditioning or a fan

The breakfast is fantastic.

We miss the aircon

Good location

It was too hot, there was no air condition, no refrigirator...

The room looked great, very clean and looked new. The staff is very friendly and helpful The breakfast had a lot of variety including some vegetarian items. Restaurant isn't very pricey and is good quality

The bed felt like i slept on the ground

The stuff was very friendly. Check in was instant, Dinner was good.

The smell from the kitchen was everywhere in the breakfast room were dinner was served , because the restaurant room was not available. The noise from other passengers was to loud in the morning - but that is not the property's fault.

lots is room

- the room was very very clean, it smelled fresh from the moment we opened the door - the bed and pillows are great, you can really rest - the room is warm and you can adjust the temperature - bathrooms are nice and the water is hot so you can relax once you get here and take a nice shower - at the restaurant the food is way above expectations: delicious burgers, great salads, the portions are big and the wine is great!!!!!! - Bonus: all staff is really nice

It's the best, we can't complain about anything.
