it was close to the fair center got it was closer to traffic net work
The personal wars not friendly. The Wi-Fi was mostly not reachable and very slow.. the surrounding of the hotel wash off not clean. There were not many choices on breakfast..

Dirty rooms, smelling after smoke, and dirt in carpets. Bathroom dirty, full of hairs in corners. Dirty and small parking place, near to garbidge place, breakefast 3 days the same food, not very fresh, hard brad, dirty tables, and cups.
Location: Restaurants near to the hotel are not, only imbisses.
At night was running fire alarm, coused by drunking Gipsy people smoking in rooms again, and again.. ( this information is from night portier - the only one sympatic and helpfull guy in this poor hotell )

Location was convenient
I hate to write such a negative review, but there is a lot to improve! First, the room was run down and dirty, even after room cleaning you could see missed spots which I guess was the reflection of the careless attitude of the staff. Second, one of the blinds in our room was broken so we couldn't darken the room completely, which was good I guess, as none of the bedside lamps worked. Couple this with a noisy street and a somewhat hard bed and a restless night is guaranteed. Third, the breakfast was lacking in variety and quality. The only thing that was passable was the breakfast cereal and milk. Fourth, the TV was missing a remote. You had to collect it from the reception, but there wasn't one available for our room. From a positive side, the TV actually worked - if you plugged it in you could enjoy the one channel that it was stuck on (no buttons on the TV). Luckily there was free wifi, which worked for the most of our stay..
I wasn't expecting much in the price range, but I wonder how is this four stars!?

no cleaning in the room after the first night, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, no variety on breakfast, room key damaged twice a day (need to go downstairs to reprogram it), only one elevator working, personnel not speaking English

it is the most dirty place I’ve ever stayed. The staff were unhelpful. We had money stolen from our room and when we wanted to complain suddenly nobody could speak English even though they spoke English on arrival. Taps didn’t work properly, the shower didn’t work properly and the whole bathroom was full of mould and dirt and hasn’t been cleaned at all. Then beds are so uncomfortable and the towels were filthy and stained! There were Prostitutes coming in and out all the time, there was men arguing through the night and the noise from the streets was so loud, the area is disgusting and we did not feel safe at all.
DO NOT BOOK THE GREEN HOTEL!!

Nothing. The most dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. broken shower, no light bulbs, and the staff are rude and go into your room and steal your stuff.

The location was great, close to the metro.
The smell of garbage from the ground floor and from the stairs.
Only one elevator worked.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was very good, Room has air-conditioning during this warm weather. I would recommend the travellers to get superior or duplex room which was exceptionally good.

Had 5 nights booked on the morning of the 4th day around 7am fire alarm went off I gathered all of my belongings and exited the hotel with everyone else there was apparently a burst pipe water was pouring from top floor windows obviously they had turned power off in hotel after around an hour no one had said anything to me about what was going on by this time I decided to get a cad to airport and come home a coach then turned up and took everyone away have no idea if they were taking them to another hotel and couldn’t be bothered to ask by this time as I have a taxi coming not good communication

We needed to be in the Budapest Arena for a concert so the location was great for us. Staff was friendly and accommodating
The hotel wasn’t cheap but was really outdated. Our room wasn’t cleaned in the three days we were there which we thought was strange. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast….

We stayed at this hotel because it is close by Arena where the concert was. If you are going to the concert and you are not looking for some comfort, this hotel is ok choice.
WI-FI did not worked in our room, in the lobby signal was ok, but the speed was limited. I couldn't do an online meeting while we were in the hotel.

Location, we choose this hotel because of the proximity of Papp Laszlo Arena for a concert, it is a 5 minute walk
Everything else, dirty smelly rooms, ac conditioner didn't work, they gave us another room, smaller than we booked, it wouldn't have bothered us but the second room was also dirty and the air conditioner also didn't work so I don't think we were unlucky, probabil most if not all rooms are the same. I don't now how this hotel has been given 4 stars, I would kindly grade it 1 star, kindly... the worst stay ever, we could't sleep the whole 2 night stay, with the window open ( becouse of no ac) busy street, very loud during the hole night. I recomend you avoid this hotel! We will surley avoid it. Auwful experience, the worst ever!
