The room was small and a/c was not able to cool off this small room. Breakfast was ok too. would not recommend staying for this price.

The walls are paper thin, it was noisy all night long, we could barely sleep. The mattress was bad. The breakfast was disappointing, it's the first time in my life I'm restricted from operating a toaster on my own. The lady operating the toaster handed me a cold toast and then wanted to hand in the same to other people... just stupid.

Allow people to make their own toast. Send a check in form in advance. Isolate for noise. Buy new mattresses.

Location

The rude attitude of the staff. The dirty rooms. The bed bugs in the room. Not giving me my refund until I wentvand got the Mendoza Argentina Police department to accompany me back to the hotel to get my money back. Liars, cheaters, swindlers..... terrible place. Don't stay here. EVER!!!

Forget about sounds proofing as you can hear all guests entering in there room or walking in the room above or doing another activities in the room. don’t know what is a customer welcoming they used my credit card references without my permission despite the fact I was in front of them to pay. provided me a room with the knowledge that wifi wasn’t working and when in bed proposed me to change of room where the wifi was supposed to work better. flexible like a piece of wood.

Staff was helpful and location was great. Laundry service was provided (at a fee).

The rooms and lifts are dated and small. Photos of the modern lobby give the i pression that the hotel is modern. Staff didn't know English but tried their best to help. Breakfast was very limited.

The Staff were very friendly. Agustìn, at front desk was extra helpful with all guests, Although the bathroom is rather plain, the hot shower makes up for it.

We arrived around 9 am and our room was ready. Very good and central location to main plazas.

First room we got smelled like feet and old, like it had no ventilation for a while. We asked to change rooms, receptionist listened to what I said about the room and hang up (rude) without saying even yes or no to answer my request. We were changed to a different room. The room we got was small with and old and tiny tv and we barely had space to walk between beds. Also, wifi anywhere else besides the lobby is extremely weak and only available at a very specific spot in the room. If we moved from the headboard to the end of the bed, there was no wifi. Breakfast is a continental and somewhat ok and basic (not buffet as they indicate on website). Also, they charged me in Argentinian pesos to the hotel exchange rate so I ended up paying about 5 dollars more than booking.com said. Overall 4/10 experience for the price, comparing it to Condor del Plata Hotel (which was cheaper and better).
