breakfast and cleaness

hotel does not have a restaurant and they do not provide with more than One single room card for the room

almost perfect - staff friendly, super high end feel, doesn’t need to be big to feel luxurious, quiet, great design, super clean, pool area was awesome, views… basically had it all! wish I could have stayed longer

breakfast was a slight letdown - couple of pastries, two slices of toast, carton of orange juice, some odd lemon crackers. jam/butter/cream cheese. delivered to room (and very quickly to be fair). might suit some people, was just missing fruit eggs etc for me. coffee self made in the room and was a bit rough, no milk supplied. literally my only criticism as I loved my stay otherwise!

All great, was a lovely place. Maybe add curtains on front of apartment so people don't see you naked all the time.

I love the structure of the hotel and the beautiful garden that they have, the pool it's great with the jacuzzi and the sauna, inside the apartment it's really nice and clean

The only thing i didn't like was the comfort of the beds, the rest was great in every way.

1. The property cashed the credit card guarantee against a no-show a month before the stay date. This did not suit me, as I always pay cash on arrival and do not like to use this (foreign currency) card unless absolutely necessary. The attitude of management to my complaining about this (calmly) fell far short of my expectations: it was defensive and aggressive. I do not recommend this establishment - particularly if using a credit card to secure payment against a no-show. 2. Booking.com advertised this property (and others used in this trip) in Argentine pesos, but adjusted the price after the contract was made to protect the dollar value of its commission - as much as 25% of the contract value in local currency, in one case on this trip. This is not acceptable. If Booking USA wants to minimise its currency exposure, it should (like any exporting business) do so by hedging and not by quoting in one currency and changing the price paid by the client afterwards. Booking prices should be fixed in the quoted currency at the time the booking is made. I am aware that the small print enables the approach taken by Booking, but want to express my strong disagreement with it. I will not be using Booking again in Argentina.
