Great owner great staff good location. Needs a better restaruant

Nothing much under construction but improvements are on the way

The restaurant next door to our hotel was OUTSTANDING. FOR ANYWHERE. They invited us for some type of presentation and we met people that lived there. The head could have roasted a chicken. This was the middle of July so they claim 2 days of summer amd back to normal. The ONLY thing I couldn't handle was a 4 foot drop at waters edge, brutal currents.. I'm sure there are less death defying beaches It is beautiful. And those meals were spectacular but reasonable.

The sharp(I mean) step 1 meter into the water and you are fighting a current. The staff desperately needs training. Rude upon entry, rude upon departure. I'd love to try again.

The location is fabulous. the Las Brisas neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants where we enjoyed one good meal after the other. The hotel is slightly off the main road, and right on the beach. The pool is big and clean and the staff very helpful. Long chairs and umbrellas are available to spend quality time on the sand. Communication was a bit difficult due to the language barrier but everyone made efforts. we would go back and stay there in a heartbeat.

Our room was a bit old, the fridge not working well, the shower pressure so-so. No water in the balcony spa but we didn’t want to use it anyway. Bed was very comfy and the view spectacular.

The view was perfect! I loved that the hot tub was out in the view/deck area with openess to the sound of the waves. Defenitely recommend. Loved the decor as well!

I did not like that the cargo ships were sometimes in the way for pictures taken at the deck

The location was excellent. The hotel is right on the beach and the pool was a perfect temperature. All of the staff was super helpful in helping us find good restaurants and things to see. All the linens were fresh and our view of the harbour was excellent.

A coffee maker would have been nice or some way to boil water for instant coffee.

Room rate is too high for what is offered. No bar/food service. No comfort around the (small) pool. Hard bed. Hotel in need of renovation.

Friendly staff always willing to help you with any questions or concerns. Big room with a king size bed and beautiful ocean view. Nice swimming pool and beach just steps away. Everything very clean. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Restaurant in hotel serves a great breakfast. Air conditioned. Great shower and toilet facilities in room.

Nearest ATM a taxi ride away.

Awesome cute little hotel we had a great time . We got the studio and it has an amazing view of the ocean. I will definitely will be coming back here again! Lots of bars and little restaurants walking distance!

I would stay here again, the apartment was lovely and spacious. The staff was very kind, I am happy with the front desk service. The only thing I highly HIGHLY recommend is that you make sure that your room has hot water. We had to shower with freezing water during our stay. When I reported it they said they were going to fix it but then it turned out that the water heater was broken. So make sure that you have warm water during your stay or it can be brutal. The pool water was warmer than the shower or faucet.

They were unaware that the guests had no warm/ hot water. That was truly the only disappointing thing.
