Barbagiannis House is the perfect location if you want to have a dream holiday. Very good accommodation conditions, perfect cleaning and an incredible view of the sea. Also, it is very convenient because it also has its own restaurant with diversified and very good food. Maria is the perfect host who tries to meet all requests so her guests have the best vacation.

Perfect accomodation in perfect location, beautiful room with terrace and superb view. Breakfast is serving next to the pool and is very tasty and various. Our host Maria is very friendly and kind person and generally everyone in Barbagiannis House is making stay there very pleasant. Me and my wife highly recommend this accomodation!

Wonderful garden, perfect view from the top floor, very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly and gentle staff.

The rooms are a bit small and the breakfast offer is quite limited and does not change a lot.

Excellent location, well maintained and maintained. The dream view. Varied and tasty breakfast. The food was quality. Ambient music at the right volume. The employees and the bosses looked like bees in the hive, they didn't stay at all and everyone knew what to do. Amir managed to make our stay very pleasant through his customer-oriented attitude. Congratulations! The boy from the beach did dozens of scooter rounds a day to give the tourists in the sunbeds what they wanted from the hotel bar. Congratulations to him too! The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplary, although I did not leave the towels on the floor, they were changed by the cleaning ladies. It is one of the places we want to return to! Thank you Maria and Chistos, thank you Amir and thank you all! You were the best!

Great location! I recomand it!!! Nice and clean, the bed was very comfy. Nice view, you can watch the sea having your coffee. The pool was cleaned every day. The restaurant is good as well, we really enjoyed our stay. The bungalow looks exactly like the photos posted.

We stayed in one of the 2 bungalows & it was gorgeous. Very clean & a really comfortable bed. Very peaceful setting with an excellent restaurant. Lovely friendly staff.

Barbagiannis House is located on top of a small headland offering gorgeous views of the coast and Aegean sea. The village of Ormos Panagias is a few minutes walk downhill - there you will find cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket and the village is also the jumping off point for boat trips to beaches and Mount Athos. We had a two bed apartment which was perfect for us. The balcony was simply wonderful with a direct and wide view, past the palm trees and the grape vine to the bay, so close. It was wonderful to sit and gaze out to sea. We found the apartment to be comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. It was cleaned daily which was just as we wanted. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and practical. There were two large wardrobes in the hall with drawer space and some drawer space in the bedrooms. You could stay as separate couples as both bedrooms open directly onto the balcony. There is a small kitchen which was ample for our catering needs. There was plenty of equipment if you wanted to cook and a small oven with two hot plates. Breakfast is served by the pool. It was plentiful and very tasty. Choices included bacon, eggs (fried and scrambled), salad, breads, wonderful Greek yoghurt, juices... At night it was all so gloriously peaceful. There is a Blue Flag beach a short walk downhill (in the opposite direction to the village). Barbagiannis House arranges for free sun loungers and umbrellas for its guests at a specific location 1 km from the hotel. You could walk there if you wished . There is a drinks and food delivery service to your lounger if you choose. There is also a restaurant for lunch and dinner dining which we visited for a meal - it has the same stunning views and is outside.

Everything Perfect

Nice, clean rooms that are attended every day, bed sheets changed every second day and towels every day if needed. Nice breakfast with a beautiful view on the pool and sea. Its our favorit place in Sithonia.

you pay for the great view and the location with undisturbed view to sea and mount Athos; however, the rooms are close to each other and you will hear your neighbor or when the cleaning of other rooms starts in the morning; for activities except a beach or restaurants, you have to drive somewhere; for off-season the price-value ration was okay but for main season 160 Euro per night is way too much for me;

A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful & with splendid views. The breakfast was good and staff were excellent, rooms were neat and clean...The hosts Maria & her husband are doing a great job in looking after guests at BH.

The only issue was the poor quality of wifi ( due to infrastructural issues of service provider), otherwise everything else was perfect...
