Location very quiet and chilled for summer time, restaurant on site with very good dishes, non stop staff available at reception, rooms with AC, many gardens to sit around the hotel, free parking on site, spacious and clean room.
Nothing. A pool will be great to have for the future! :)

Great location. Only 20 minutes by car from Versailles and 30 minutes by Uber from Eiffel Tour.

Booked her on the 29th june for 2 days booked two rooms for me and my wife and my friend and hes wife Paid for my room on arrival
Checked out on departure day
When I arrived they took a deposit that has still not be returned nearly a month onwards
Then took a additional 170£ out of my card as there was another guest who was on a separate booking was nothing to do with me at all the staff just seen us interacting the supposed guess had not paid hes bar tab so they took over three hundred pounds from my card in total apsalute rip off !!! Tried explaining to the hotel called noumeras times they kept saying the manager is not in they will call u then cut me off disgrace will never be staying here again ans will be leaving other reviews

Needed sleep with window open,nothing helped to turn off the heating. And yes, I don't know if star ranking is changed, but black mold in room next to bed......

The room was nice and clean, and it had everything we needed for a five-day stay in Paris. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions in Paris, but because of that, it offers you a quiet good night's sleep with no disturbances.
The breakfast at the hotel was excellent; the food was tasty, and you had different options to choose from. There is also a nice restaurant that you can visit for your dinner plans.
The check-in is at 3 pm, which is a bit late when you have an early morning flight. But they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel while waiting for the rooms to be ready.
The location is a bit far from all the tourist attractions, but we knew this when we made the reservations. There are options for public transport close by, but we opted for Bolt and Uber. Depending on the time of the day, it took us 20 to 40 mins to get to the centre.

3. If you are having a room at the exit room the door is terrible, it doesn't open properly cause the press button for the magnet doest get demagnetize and you keep trying till the door get demagnetized.

Breakfast. I'm still waiting for the reembursement of my deposit, after 1 month.

I checked out already a week the hotel still not unblock my deposit for the room, until now my deposit is still blocked
And the tube is blocked the water can not go down 👎

It was our first time at Best Western and we were surprised we never booked before. the hotel is charming, bedroom and bathroom very clean. king size and incredibly comfortable bed ! Nice breakfast as well.

The staff is magnificent, the best thing of the hotel. Food is excellent. The decoration is charming. The smell is nice. The location, close to the forest is superb.
Presence of defects in the room, especially in the bathroom. Leak of water in the labavo, one of the lights did not work. The bed wasn't king size, but it consisted of two individual beds put together.
