Hotel in posizione centralissima facilmente raggiungibile. Il parcheggio privato, nel piano sottostrada, è stato molto comodo e sicuro per la nostra auto. Nulla da dire sulla colazione. Molto comodo il ristorante e il bar-pasticceria posti nelle immediate vicinanze. Esperienza da ripetere, sicuramente.

Il primo impatto, all'ingresso dell'hotel, non ha suscitato una sensazione positiva, contrariamente alla nostra camera che era spaziosa e ben arredata in stile quasi "Shabby Chic". La reception con legni scuri e luci soffuse, e parlo da Architetto, mi ha dato più l'impressione di un Pub che di un Hotel 4 stars. La mia non è una critica, ma semplicemente la mia impressione, Personalmente renderei l'ambiente reception più luminoso, cambiando la finitura del banco e soprattutto il tipo di illuminazione. Parere puramente personale.

Scarsa pulizia degli ambienti comuni. Poca attenzione alle richieste dell’ospite

Ottima posizione per il centro di Avellino. Ottima copertura wifi. Buonissimo il ristorante, aperto fino a tardi. Colazione classica, non eccessivamente varia, ma con tutto il necessario e buonissimi dolci.

The stuff and location are great. Their bar also makes it for an outstanding breakfast spot.

However, the hotel needs a bit of a refresh. the windows are very old and the rooms also rather unpleasant. They are small and well aged, you can see that there has been only a partial renovation done so they could benefit from a deeper upgrade.

Overall a well organized hotel. We stayed during some very hot days and the aircon was a privilege. The restaurant menu offers local specialities and the pizza is yum!! Big advantage to have a coffee bar next door for a good Italian cafe and aperitivo. Of course you get little snack included with your drink.

Fantastic staff. The hotel, restaurant and caffe are all amazing and very well operated.

We needed to change rooms upon arrival due to an issue with the air conditioning and the bed but the staff were very accommodating.

Lidia, Mario, the two Maria’s- all the staff are absolutely the best and most professional people. I cannot say I have ever experienced such a high level of care and attention . The hotel is stunning, great restaurant and wonderful views.

it is a tad isolated, looking at on line maps it appears to be close to bars and restaurants, in reality there are considerable logistical issues to reach them. taxis are very expensive, so one person has to drive, so no wine for them! it is a vertiginous landscape, and very beautiful. I have traveled to nearly all Italian regions and find this the most expensive by far, a few days would have been ideal. we stayed a week.
