Beautiful areas and golf course

I enjoyed the common facilities — the pool, the golf greens were upkept. The staff was deserving of a shoutout being wonderful and kind and hospitable. They honored my birthday with a banner and deco which was really sweet.

My room was a huge disappointment — my room had more than 20 (I counted) mosquitoes in it, it didn’t feel clean, the toilet seat looked more than 20 years old with chipped paint and overall was horrible, the sink drain was on the window sill, no hot water in the shower, the towels were soooooo old they had holes that were sewn together, etc. Also, the two times we left the property and then came back I was extremely disappointed to witness each guard usher in our Uber driver without asking for more information— basically anyone could have driven in and caused a safety issue. I felt like I should have paid less for this resort to be honest…

The staff is wonderful & so personable.

The pool towels are thread bear. There is deferred maintenance in the units that needs to be addressed. Safe combo not working, needed key. Patio door hard to close & lock.

I like the location of the resort. Beds were comfortable, cleaning service was very good.

The Shower was atrocious! Pool towels were sparse and old.

Food was good, but everything was VERY expensive. $10 for a drink.

The pool had algae growing on the sides, the furniture was worn and some of the staff were less than friendly.

Bed was extremely hard . Toilet didn’t flush without lifting the tank lid and manually lifting the flapper. The sofa and two chairs were uncomfortable. The vanity/desk was positioned high in relation to the chair it was not usable from a seated position.

The resort was run down, loud and obnoxious music on the weekend with non-residents of the resort. Golf course was in poor condition for the amount charged.

Horrible experience On top of everything the ac didn't work we kept calling front desk they came 3 times it worked only early morning but our night was a nightmare we were sweating like pigs.

The actual location of the resort is perfect very close to medano beach and the downtown area. Very disappointed with the actual resort. It’s nothing compared to other trademark locations I’ve been to. No on-site laundry, no convenience store. Only decent attraction is the pool which isn’t all that spectacular. Most trademark resorts have multiple pools this one does not. This resort needs to be updated in order to attract more traffic. The resort was not lively at all. If you have small children don’t stay here they will be bored at the resort.

The ATM took my money. I was not able to get a refund until I returned
