This place is a little sanctuary in Ubud. The family is incredibly friendly and kind. They will go above and beyond for you. Great price for scooter and laundry. The main thing for us is that it was quiet (yes you hear some roosters) but you can get some undisturbed sleep. It’s a little away from the hustle and bustle of things but you can still walk to some amazing food places. There’s even a gym nearby and a supermarket. We loved it so much here we extended our stay. Room gets cleaned every day too which is a great bonus.

Bed was comfortabel, ac worked well, bathroom was relatively modern. Staff was really nice. Pretty garden view. Breakfast relativity good. I like fruit for breakfast so ordered the banana pancakes and it was pretty good compared to other places (there was banana in it). There's the option of 1 fruit juice pp too. The omelet breakfast came with much less toast the 2nd day, not sure why. Location: Walking distance from the center, ca. 20 minutes only, through the small streets (pack navigation + a light to keep you save from all the scooters). Even though it's relatively near the center, it's a very calm location, in a pieceful street with not much traffic noise! Nearby little shops can sell you cheap bottled water.

Waterpressure of the shower is almost non, I used the nearby toilet "shower" to rinse the shampoo out, and warmed up with the few warm shower drops after. The cups and cutlery of the breakfast dishes were really dirty. No drinking water refill at the hotel, nor breakfast table. I find this common in all the hotels in Bali in this price range (except for 1 ). I don't mind to pay for it, but I do mind the huge amount of plastic of buying bottled drinking water.

The breakfast was amazing! Had choices of omelets and pancakes (pancakes were great)! The host was extremely nice and welcoming! The property was beautiful and had a nice koi pond. The room was clean and spacious for what we needed.

The only downside (not a fault from the host) is that the address on Booking.com is not the correct address - it brings you to a place about 5 minutes away. The location does come up in Google Maps, but not on apps like Grab or Gojek. So, if you do happen to take a Grab or Gojek, tell them to use Google Maps (if they have that) to get to the homestay.

The guesthouse exceeded my expectations. The room was really clean, there was always someone around to help and I could drop off my luggage before the check in time. They are really attentive with everything, for example they put the citronella insent in the evening in front of the door and arranged the laundry service for me. The breakfast was good. The garden is spectacular.
