Property was very much as advertised; nice, modern and with plenty of space. The property has several rooms and bathrooms enough for more than 5.

The property is within a very transited Avenue and the noise will affect your sleeping even when all windows are close. The building has a particular smell; as you enter the apartment the sense of smell is like lettuce or garbage from the building. The air conditioning on the master was leaking. We ask for the property manager to repaired and they explained that can only repair on the third day. The water damages some of our luggage due to the chemicals on the water. The property manager never provided any apologies or compensation for any of our damages. Although we implied that some reimbursement should be considered. They advertise that they have a parking lot and you need to park on the street.

Location was central. Apartment was big and spacious and the price for the apartment was reasonable.

1. The English email I got from booking.com listed 3 bathrooms when the actual # of bathrooms were only 2.5 bathrooms 2. The unit reeked of cigarette smoke when the description clearly stated non smoking. The cigarette smell in the kitchen and living area was quite bad 3. The 3rd bedroom which has no windows had no AC or fan. This is not what one expects in the height of summer 4. The dishwasher leaked and the kitchen had water underneath the dishwasher once a load was run which we had to dry out 5. The kitchen faucet had a whole where the faucet lever should have been 6. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose 7. One glass bowl hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous stay
