The villa was very clean and spacious. We loved how the living area was upstairs and sleeping / pool was downstairs as it was a lot safer this way with a baby.
With a baby , it was a little hard to walk into Balcon de Europe. But a taxi was only €9 from the villa to Balcon so it was good value, we didn’t mind getting taxis.

Some storage in the Ensuite for us ladies to put our toiletries/makeup

excellent location with a marvellous view and our kids loved the billiards and table tennis facilities.
washing machine was not working, but staffed fixed it within reasonable time- nothing to complain

The pool was great for the grandchildren (age 3 and 6). The upside down layout is good because it keeps the bedrooms cooler. The sea views from the upper terrace were superb. The kitchen though on the small side was very well equipped.
We didn't bring many changes of clothes because the villa had a washing machine and plenty of South facing patio space the dry our clothes after washing. However the quality of the wash cycles was very poor on all options that we tried. The washing machine should be repaired or replaced.

Lovely, spacious villa in quiet area, yet close to Burriana Beach with its good selection of restaurants and bars.
Loved the villas small swimming pool, table tennis and pool table.
The outdoor activities could do with updating.

Good size comfortable clean villa, nice pool and2 good terraces.
Great views, sunshine all day, nice and peaceful area.
The walk to the beach was only 10 mins but very steep hill, 20 mins to the town, but 2 very steep hills, very pleasant walk though along the beach.Taxis are reasonable to and from town.

The location was as we had hoped quiet with good views but within walking distance of all facilities although sometimes we drove into town.
Nerja Paradise rentals are an excellent company who could have not been more helpful or responsive 10/10 for their overall service from booking to departure.
The furnishings and general equipment were adequate but some had seen better days. The fridge was old and part broke however, our hosts replaced it with a brand new one the very next day so very well done them.

Great sized property. We are a family of 5 with a small puppy. They even gave us doggy bags on arrival. Lovely location and beautiful house. Would definitely stay again!

Just spent 3 weeks in this lovely villa. Such a great location near to beach and view of sea from villa is spectacular. The team were so helpful and made our stay run so smoothly, thank you.

Great location, absolutely beautiful area, hadn’t been here before but will definitely return. Nice to leave lousy weather in Lancashire for 70+degrees and constant sunshine. Villa was spot on and highly recommended.
Nothing to complain about. The noisy Germans next door who luckily only stayed for a couple of days. Couldn’t believe how cold the pool was ! To get to the beach area there was a very steep hill, not much you can do about that!!

The views from the terrace and balcony are fantastic. The interior décor was very well presented. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall an excellent property.
The hosts were excellent and very attentive. When we did have to speak to them they were very helpful and they came out to resolve our issue very quickly.
The kitchen could have been a little bit more equipped such as more mugs, wine flutes.
The signal for the satellite television was a little bit temperamental and the internet signal could have been stronger/better.
However this is being very picky and everything was more than adequate.
