An extremely beautiful place, both in terms of nature and architecture. The rooms were very clean and with original décor. The breakfast was more than superb, extremely rich and delicious. The wines were of the highest quality and taste.

At the bar, it would be good if you offered some more varied snacks with the drinks.

Это просто потрясающее место, очень красиво, романтично. В Отеле нам предложили пройти кулинарный курс с шеф поваром, еще мы собирали виноград для вина, нам сделали отличный пикник. Дегустировали вина за красивым ужином, вообщем мы в восторге. Вино у них самое вкусное. Спасибо отелю что сделали наш отдых не забываемым.

It's a very different experience from your typical hotel. It's absolutely beautiful. Good wine, amazing vistas, interesting history. The horse riding activity was great too. Close enough to drive into Florence for a day trip. The staff are great too. Very helpful and welcoming.

Me and my girlfriend went to Florence for two days, and decided to spend the third day in this very beautiful estate. Before our arrival, I booked a wine tasting with a tour of the wine cellars. As I was told, we were supposed to do the tour and then have a 3-wine tasting accompanied by come cheeses. Once we arrived at the meeting point, us and other guests were greeted by a French (!!!) sommelier who was our guide. We visited the cellars but we didn't do any tasting after, rather, they left us in a room and gave us a very bad tasting cocktail with grapefruit and vinegar. disappointed, we went to our dinner reservation at 8.30 pm. Here the waiter said that we could try a fixed menu with three different wines, and there is when I understood the miscommunication between the employees; apparently, we were assigned to the wrong group, and we didn't do the tour that I selected for. Nevertheless, we ate dinner a la carte, from the regular menu, without doing this tasting. In the morning I went to the reception for the checkout and when I explained what happened, they proposed me to do the tasting at 10.30 am, right when I was doing my checkout (first unprofessional solution). when I explained them that we needed to go and that we didn't want to have wine at such an early time in the morning, they told me that I could choose a bottle of wine to take home (second unprofessional solution). I just replied that if I wanted to have a bottle of wine I could just buy it, and that that was not the point of my complaint. Finally, upon my request, they agree to cancel the payment for that wine tour with tasting (that I didn't make). Moreover, the air conditioning was not working that night, and I had to call the technician in my room around 11 pm. He couldn't fixed the AC and told me that he kept telling the management that that AC was not functioning and that the management did not do anything about it.

Beautiful property, very clean and rooms were so comfortable with such wonderful views and relaxing . The beds were the most comfortable we have ever had . Will be back

Fantastic experience - the property is incredible, staff are all wonderful, and food/wine was delicious. The wine tasting with Maxime was a highlight - he's extremely knowledgeable but also personable and genuine. Through the course of our stay, we got to know many of the staff members -- thank you to Mateo, Dario, Samuele, and Chef Maria for making our stay feel extra special.

The only two minor (tiny!) comments I can think of would be the pillows, which were a bit hard for my liking, and the complimentary water was not refreshed.

Everything - eye to detail & staff were lovely special mention to David in the bar & restaurant who went above & beyond duty to look after us.

Staff were great, breakfast was incredible, grounds were lovely to walk around, and we did the wine tour with Max who was awesome. Restaurant was excellent too.

No bikes to rent! And could do with a drinks service by the swimming pool.

The buildings and gardens were simply beautiful!

The pillows were like rocks!

Every member of staff was exceptional, from the lady who showed us to our room, to Lara and Niccoló in the restaurant and Claudia for our wine tasting.
