El hotel es cómodo, pero la habitación que nos asignaron fue PA (con 2 niños menores de 5 años ) es difícil el acceso. El acceso a la playa está muy sucio y descuidado ; las albercas todo bien un poco frias pero bastante cómodo en general.

Acceso a la playa y las escaleras. Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento.

La comida es muy buena y la ubicación excelente pues te puedes trasladar muy rápido a otros lugares

Había cucarachas No ocupamos el restaurante por qué no invitaba a entrar, los alimentos los consumimos en otro hotel

Alberca fría "NO" climatizada; nos quedamos "SIN" servicio de T.V. una noche antes del check out.

Por lo general no pudiera mencionar algo negativo, ya que es mucho muy bueno, tomando en cuenta la ubicación y sus precios. Lo que si pueden mejorar es como acceder a la playa... ya que es por un costado, pero creo ahí ya no pertenece al.hotel.por que si se ve como descuidado

It's a very quaint hotel in Veracruz. You have to understand that it's not a resort town and there isn't much outside tourism it's mainly going to be locals from 2-3 hours away that come visit the hotel so don't expect any crazy amenities. The hotel is very quiet if you're looking for a weekend getaway. Staff was friendly and I liked that the rooms were big and very private for the most part.

I think the rooms could use more updating and attention I believe the quality of the rooms are diminishing quickly and have to be addressed. The complimentary breakfast could use some refinements as it felt very restrictive of what you can order I would like to see them include more things on the menu.
