The Hook, Wine, and Sinker Beach House
Hook, Wine & Sinker ist ein brandneues Stelzenhaus, das im November 2019 fertiggestellt wurde. Dieses schöne Haus wird für ein großes Familientreffen, mehrere Paare oder kleine Familien eingerichtet.
Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Memory Foam-Matratzen ausgestattet. Der Hauptwohnbereich bietet Platz für die gesamte Crew mit einem riesigen Esstisch und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Haus steht auf Stelzen und die Veranda ist der perfekte Ort, um die Brise zu genießen und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.
Der PRIVATE POOL ist ein großartiger Ort, an dem die ganze Familie abhängen und spielen kann. Es ist schattig und luftig mit einer Sonnenterrasse im Pool und im Garten Spiele, um Ihren Urlaub erstaunlich zu machen! Es gibt Platz zwischen uns und den Nachbarn und einen hohen Zaun für zusätzliche Privatsphäre.
Der Strand ist 1,3 Meilen entfernt. Fähre ist 2 Meilen. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind weniger als 1,6 km entfernt. Sie sind mitten in allem, was Sie tun möchten.
Anmerkung der Eigentümer: Unser Haus wird gerade gebaut. Sobald es fertig ist, werden wir es schön möblieren und dekorieren. Our time at Hook, Wine & Sinker was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and set up perfectly for a great stay. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room to congregate and also to spend a little alone time. Everything was perfect, from the pool, golf cart, house and weather. We will be back. Thank you for an awesome vacation!!!

We had a couple day retreat for my wife, daughter and five of our grandchildren. The accommodations were well provided and great. The kids made memories on the beach, pool and golf cart. The only way it could have been better was if we had stayed for a week.

Everything in the house was as advertised and better. Was the second cleanest house I've ever rented. Everything was in good working order, kids loved the pool. Having the golf cart provided and not having to deal with renting one,, made getting around town and to the beach hassle free. Overall a really great experience renting this home. The only negatives that I can recall, there were to many TV remotes and some didn't have batteries, and the organization of kitchen utensils was nonexistent (but that may have just been my preferences on organization). Will definitely stay at this location again!

This is our second year to stay at Hook, Wine & Sinker. We absolutely love it! It is perfect for our needs. The owner is awesome to communicate with and we've never had a problem. Love having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and the living room and kitchen are great gathering places. The pool! The Pool! The Pool! Awesome!!! Thank you, Christiana and Joseph !

Amazing place with great location
My family and I were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to everyone. The house is new, very clean, the pool is great, and one of my most favorite things was the electric golf cart with the Bluetooth speaker on it. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Best Beach House!
We booked a 2 night stay with 11 adults and this place was absolutely perfect! Everyone said this was the nicest beach house they’d ever stayed in and it was inexpensive. The house was extremely clean and the location was perfect! We were a 2min drive to the beach and tucked behind a shopping strip for any last minute grocery runs. The house came with an electric 6 seater golf cart that was so nice and a pool! The pool looks small in the pictures but honestly fit all 11 of us no problem! The house had everything we needed, kitchen fully stocked with any utensils and small appliances you may need-we needed a slow cooker and there was an insta pot provided we also needed a blender which there was a ninja, there were beach towels provided, pool floats and toys, outdoor shower head to rinse off, I can’t say it enough, this place was amazing! Christiana was extremely accommodating and so easy to get a hold of! If you’re thinking of booking, DO IT!!!

Everything was clean, well organized, beautifully decorated, and the added bonus of the golf cart was amazing. Host was quick to respond to any questions and super accommodating. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed staying here. I would absolutely recommend booking this unit and can’t wait to come back!

Best kid friendly house from infants to teens..
Pool was great when needing a break from the beach. Golf cart was awesome. House was easy to cook and clean up was breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Light-Filled Living
We loved all the natural light in the kitchen/living area. Having 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms was a plus, affording us all more privacy. The heated pool and the new golf cart were especially nice! Christiana and Joe’s home had nice finishes and was tastefully decorated. They anticipate the needs of their guests, especially those with young children. I have stayed in several vacation homes and I have never experienced one that was this well stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, beach towels, baby equipment, etc.

Awesome family home
We had sooo much fun! This house is perfect for little kids with gates, games, even a baby gate and monitor! The golf cart and all the games made our stay even better. We enjoyed the pool and the teens loved having tvs in every room. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay
Great stay, even in the winter. Didn't have nice weather but didn't stop us from enjoying the property. Even though it was cold outside we utilized the heated pool 2-3 times a day, which was clutch for the kids. Easy to get to the beach with the golf cart access.

Great Christmas at the beach!
One of the best houses we have stayed in in Port A! The house was clean and stocked with everything you could need, the pool was nice and warm, and the golf cart got us everywhere we wanted to go. Great experience would absolutely stay again! Thanks again for a great Christmas!

Amazing second stay
This was our second time staying in the house and it was just as wonderful this time as it was before. The owner is quick to get back to you and a joy to work with. The house was clean as always. We love the distance to the beach and the kids love the pool after a beach day. The golf cart adds an extra layer of fun and makes shopping trips and visits to the coffee shop and snow cone stores so much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back again next year!

The Perfect Getaway!!!
From the time we made our reservations Christiana has been in touch with us & answered all of our questions. When we arrived, we couldn’t believe what a great house this is! It is perfect for what we need. We spent time at the beach and then came back to the house and swam in the pool. The decor was cheerful & the house was very comfortable! It had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we reserved it for next year before we left!

Beach Vacation
This location was great...Pool was cool. Golf cart a little run down but usable One seat belt was broke. Grill was a mess need attention. Kitchen was great. Overall a great place would do it again

This is a very nice house close to all in town restaurants and shops. Also short drive to the beach and having the 6 seater golf cart is a big plus! It is not within walking distance, however.

It was wonderful house! Beautifully decorated and furnished! The heated pool was wonderful since it was raining most of our stay. The golf cart was a huge bonus as well!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great vacation!
Great house that accommodated a family of 10! Very spacious and enjoyed everything from the location, to the pool. Finally found a house that fits our family and we will be booking this place for future trips to Port A! The kitchen and house was very well stocked and had everything you would have needed for a trip! Golf cart was a bonus and we used it to get to and from the beach! Loved the house and we will definitely be back!!

The Best!!!
Everything about this property was amazing. We loved having the pool! The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved cooking in one night with fresh seafood we bought down the road. Easy access to the beach and to town and having the Dollar Store at such close proximity was a blessing when we needed to pick up a few extra items. The golf cart was so fun and we used it to go everywhere! They even had a cart to hook up to the golf cart so that we could haul the ice chest, chairs and beach toys. We have stayed many different places in all the years we have been coming and this is our favorite. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!!

Port A Vacay
This house fit all our needs perfectly. It is beautiful and functional.The golf cart was the cherry on top! Made getting back and forth to the beach fun and easy. We had some rain and clouds during our stay, but the heated pool ensured we could still fit swimming into our schedule. Really appreciate having a washer and dryer. Can’t wait to come back!

Fun in the Water, Sun and Sand
Hook, Wine, & Sinker is a great place to get away and enjoy all that Port A has to offer. Convenient location with all the comforts of home. Loved our time at the beach and pool! The owners were quick to respond to our questions and the house was just as advertised.

The owner was very nice leading up to our stay. She had very specific instructions on check-in and check-out. The pool was awesome. it heated up really well. and was great for the kids. It was in close proximity to the beach. However, when we got there, the house had not been cleaned. i called the owner who said she booked to VRBOs back to back and that was why. SHe told he us she would get something ready to go and ensured us sheets would be new and washed and the beds linens changed. She also told us she would cover our dinner for the night. Our kids were tired and ready to stay in for the night but we took them out anyways to buy some time. I sent her the receipt and never heard back from her about the reimbursement. She was very nice about letting us know where things were located in the house and instructions for the pool. Overall, the place was great to stay. it was a great space, with a nice pool.

Awesome Beach House!!!
I don't think I can express how great the house is and how it exceeded all our expectations. Here is my abbreviated version the house is very well decorate with beautiful accent décor it so nice that my first though was this is not kid friendly BUT surprise it was suppose kid friend, which made be believe that this house was built for there family with love. The house has three bedroom and baths fully furnished and fully stocked. I say this because we have rented beach houses before and they say full stocked, but it was not but this house was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom. The heat pool was a life saver because it was cold and rained two days during our stay, but the outside pool area is great with plenty of pool toys. The kitchen has every pot and pan you could need with great quality and durability. The kids’ room was full of toys and books with full size bunk beds and mini chase sofa that turned into a sleep bed. I found kids book in French and I was so excited my six years of taking French has just paid of I read bedtime story in French. The golf cart was an extra plus!! This was our first trip to Port Aransas, and I can honestly say when we return this is where, we will stay. Just FYI you do have to catch the Ferry. Christiana was fabulous she was helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you for the great vacation experience!
