The property was in great shape and clean. Josh responded promptly to all messages. It is also in a great location right across the street from the main ski resort. We had a great stay and would definitely return. We would also recommend to anyone traveling to Winter Park!!🏆💪

Good little vacation spot. Watched a fox hunt in the backyard on the last day. - Nice little backyard - Great for pets - Friendly neighbors - Decently clean (little dog turd in the basement when we arrived? kind of gross, questioned if it was cleaned after the last stay. sure hope so for a $300+ cleaning fee) - Decent parking - No AC (this is probably more of a winter home. house did get up to 77 during the day in the summer) - Appliances were below average (microwave door is terrible, bottom right burner on the stove only lights one half and leaks gas out the other half- CAUTION, grill is in rough shape) - Hot tub is decent (there was an empty propel bottle in it when we first opened the lid? goes back to the clean part)

Very cozy condo settled in trees. Great view of the mountains from the kitchen. Close to Winter Park Resort. Biggest plus was each adult room had its own bathroom! And of course the hot tub!

We had a fun stay at this VRBO with 9 people and overall it was good. However, the mattresses need to be replaced and it needs a solid deep clean but overall we had a good time and would recommend staying here.

Wonderful clean property with an easy ride to Trestle Bike Park.

The house is set up for winter fun and located right by the ski lifts. Not for summer guests. The yard was over grown by 4’ of weeds and grass which run through with mosquitoes and ants. Not possible to sit outside by the hot tub because you can’t see over the grass/ weeds. House has no special other features for encouraging summer fun.

Great time for both skiers and non-skiers alike. Location is perfect for both bus transport and drop off lot. Really enjoyed full kitchen and grill - room for everyone to eat together. Everything we needed was handy and in good shape. Layout worked well. Dogs loved floor heat almost as much as our skiers enjoyed the hot tub. Had a great time snowmobiling with Grand Adventures 2hr Continental Divide tour, Paint & Sip, and Karaoke at Devil's Craft all close and easily accessible.

Good floor plan, our boys loved the loft area for hanging out, nice sized master bedroom w/bath and 2 decent sized bedrooms downstairs. Fantastic location for heading to winter park to ski/board.

Great location, close to hiking and outdoor experiences. The cabin was plenty big to spread out and we had a dog with us as well. The couple things that could be improved….the yard was not kept (I get it…it is supposed to be a little wild but waist high weeds/grasses is not what I prefer). The back patio/hot tub area could use some TLC and make it a little nicer. There were also several lights that were out including the back where the hot tub is located. Overall, great place to stay and would stay here again!

This was a perfect place to stay in Winter Park! It was an easy walk into the mountain village and easy access to nearby trails for hiking. The home is just great! Very comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. The hot tub is an added bonus. We loved all of the trees and the views- it provided a perfect mountain experience. Would definitely like to return!

The condo was great and it had everything you needed. Easy access to downtown. The view of the mountain was beautiful. It is a perfect property to rent winter and summer.

This property is wonderful, enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and hang out together. The views from the living room are amazing - direct sight to the mountain. I will definitely look to book again for future trips.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very open and lots of windows to look out to see the snow fall. The living room looks out to the Winter Park ski resort and you can actually sit and watch people skiing all day. Best vacation ever. I look forward to coming back again. The yard was a great place for my 2 and 3 yr old to play in all day.

This place was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. Hot water was plentiful and we really enjoyed staying here. Will come again if we ski WP.

Josh and his property are simply amazing. Perfectly located in front of the Winter Park main entrance in a quite and nice neighborhood. The house have all the amenities for a long weekend or a 1 month stay. Highly recommended

Another great stay in WP. Fraser Trail, mountain biking and hiking galore. This is easily one of the best situated rentals if you like to be close to the resort and all the activities it offers. Quiet location with amazing views.

The house was great... the bedrooms, baths and kitchen were all nice and heated floors in entry and master bedroom were great. It’s directly across the street from the slopes and close to downtown winter park. We only had one roll of paper towels and one trash bag so that was a small inconvenience but overall not a big deal. We had a great time!
