Dieses unglaubliche Haus liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Innenstadt von Auburn entfernt. Es befindet sich direkt an der Magnolia Avenue, nur 3 Häuserblocks von Toomer's Corner entfernt. Den Campus und das Jordan Hare Stadium erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß. Die Black Barn bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für eine großartige Reise in die Ebenen benötigen. Die Scheune mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmern ist der reizvollste Ort für Ihren Spieltag. Die Black Barn verfügt über einen Außenbereich mit einer Feuerstelle und einem Essbereich unter einer großen Pergola. Im Inneren befindet sich ein offener Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit bequemen Sofas, auf denen Sie das Geschehen auf dem 65-Zoll-Smart-TV verfolgen können. Die schöne Küche verfügt über große Geräte mit viel Geschirr und Besteck. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und zwei Badezimmer befinden sich auf der Hauptebene. Ein viel größerer Master-Rückzug befindet sich im Obergeschoss und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein makelloses Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Alle Schlafzimmer haben 43 "Smart-Fernseher montiert. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Loftbereich, in dem bei einer Gruppe von 8 Personen 2 hochgezogene Doppelmatratzen aufgestellt werden können. Bettwäsche wird gestellt.

The house is in walking distance to Auburn University and downtown Auburn. The home has interesting and unique features with plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. One of my favorite places we have leased in Auburn!

The house was located a ten minute walk from the center of town in a nice neighborhood. The property was new and very clean. Beautifully done inside and out. The garden is a great spot to bbq and have drinks.
If you are looking for a place to stay close to campus, this is the perfect spot.

This place was amazing!!! It surpassed all of our expectations! The pictures on the app didn’t lie!!! I know we discussed the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds on several occasions!! We did not want to leave and plan to come back to this exact home when we do!! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and to the campus!!

We celebrated our son’s wedding and had a fabulous weekend. The house is well appointed and very clean. The outdoor area was perfect for a small brunch brunch before guests headed home. I would highly recommend!

This property was great. Just a short walk to Toomers and campus so perfect for graduation or game days. Consensus among anyone visiting was this was where they will try to book for their future Auburn visits.

We had such a great time in Auburn and the house was absolutely perfect. A great distance from downtown, could walk there quickly, super convenient. Could definitely stay here on a gameday and walk to the game also!

This house was perfect for a girls get away. The location is amazing and the house is beautiful. The outdoor space would be perfect if the weather was good. Easy check in and out process. We were thrilled with our stay.

This house is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the campus. The house is awesome. We had 3 couples and there was enough room for all. The fire pit and side yard area is great. Definitely would recommend this house!

The Black Barn could not have been more perfect!
The house itself was really cool, very functional (full baths in every bedroom), well maintained, outside area was ideal for entertaining and the proximity to Auburn was great (very short and easy walk).
The Property Owner (Ryan) could not have been more accommodating and truly cared about making sure we had a great experience.
This is a place I would love to rent on all of my future visits to Auburn!

We were in town for my fathers vet school reunion and this was a perfect place to stay! We brought our children and they enjoyed the park close by and we were able to walk to everything downtown! The location could not be more perfect and everything was very clean and well taken care of! We loved hanging out in the wonderful patio area as well and will definitely be staying here again when we’re back in town! Ryan was so accommodating and helped in anyway he could! I would highly recommend!

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding weekend and enjoyed the lovely interiors with plenty of built in storage and an open, airy feeling. The patio is beautiful, and would be perfect in the fall or winter, but since we were staying during a hot August weekend, we did not make much use of it. The location is great if you want to run, walk etc near campus.

Fantastic location! Loved the courtyard and firepit. Two of the three beds were super comfortable. We were a bit surprised by the lack of privacy in the master bedroom and bath upstairs (no doors at all except on the toilet room) but it ended up being fine for our group. We would definitely stay in the Black Barn again!

I truly can not say enough positive accolades about this property. Situated in the heart of downtown, we were able to easily walk to shops and restaurants. The house is stunning - modern and clean but cozy and comfortable. Lovely outdoor area for dining or enjoying the fire pit. The owner even offered to set up the twin mattress for me. Simply the best!
