Perfect place to enjoy a girls weekend away!

Everything was great! The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the fireplace made it feel cozy. We even got a bonus of snow and enjoyed some nature hikes! It was a short ride to Hickory Run State Park from the house.

This was the perfect house for me and my friends to have our Friendsgiving! We loved the awesome living room space and the fireplace that went with it.
Kitchen is not very intuitive in where things are, but that is a minor thing compared to everything else.

We had a great stay aside from a dead flying squirrel under a blanket on the sofa and minimal sleep due to acorns hitting the tin roof all day/night. I realize the acorns are not the fault of the owner, but the tin roof made it extremely loud and hard to sleep. I guess I can't blame the squirrel on the owner either. However, to say it was traumatic for the person who was laying on the sofa looking to take a nap and pulled the blanket on her and not only get a blanket on her lap, but also a dead squirrel, is an understatement. Looks to have been dead maybe a day or two. Not a pleasant experience for an all girl crew, but we handled it. Other than that, the house was roomy, pleasant and we had everything we needed to enjoy the space. The firepit was a cool place to hang out and we really enjoyed that time, other than the couple in the hot tub behind us which is very, very close, having a great time. ha ha!! The pictures make the house and yard look bigger than they are but overall, the home served the purpose for our girls weekend away.
Will likely not book this house again. When we told the owner about the squirrel, he told us to make sure to throw out the blanket it was in. That was about it. Will also try to find a house that doesn't back up to 4-5 other houses for a little more privacy.

We needed a home that had a first floor bedroom, slept 8, and I could bring my dog! This location had all three! Absolutely stunning inside with spacious rooms and one of the most comfortable couches I’ve ever sat on! Not only was the space very clean but it was beautifully decorated! The game room was such an amazing bonus. Pool table, air hockey, ping pong, as well as sporting equipment and board games included! The outside has two different decks, picnic table, a fantastic grill and outdoor connect four for the kids! Two hammocks and a fire pit with great seating! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring our family to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday! The best part, there were directions for everything and how to use it! And don’t worry about picking up brochures to find that “what to do” activity because they are already supplied! This house has thought of everything! We will absolutely be back again!

Nice place
This property was perfect for our little group. The place was clean, the beds were soft and the kitchen had every appliance, pot or pan we could've asked for! The yard was great for hanging out and making s'mores at the end of the day.
The location was close for hiking in Hickory Run State park or even just a walk around Lake Harmony.
Our host, Chris, was very attentive and gave us some really great information about the area.
Our only disappointment was the porch - it was too chilly to spend time out there and the heater wasn't working.
Would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We were gathering for early thanksgiving dinner. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room on couch to watch football.

Annette and Fred were wonderful hosts.. They were very kine and quick to response for a minor problem with the new water heater. The house was very clean, organized, and with many games for our use. This was very outstanding and I highly recommend this place for family vacations.

Loved the house. It was cozy, roomy and the owner put so many special touches in there for us. I had a chance to speak with the owner and she was so sweet and helpful. The house lacked nothing and everything was labeled for easy usage. I will definetely rent this property again.

Our stay was everything we could have asked for. Plenty of activities to do in the game room, nice open area in the back, and a fireplace to cozy up to during the night. Great weekend getaway
The property was spacious ! I had about 10 guest in total and we all had enough space for our belongings and to sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed and then some. My only concern was the water. It wouldn’t get hot and if it did it wouldn’t stay hot for long and the downstairs toilet wouldn’t flush we had to use one bathroom for 10 guests . Other then that the place was perfect , I would suggest a heater or enclosing for the game room .

Enjoyed our stay
It's close to the lake. Short drive to the ski areas. Amenities were nicely provided. They actually gave us a welcome wine and candies. Just be careful that the house will take some time to warm up if you go in the winter. Better to arrive and start the heat, then go to ski. We enjoyed the big screen TV in the evening. Would definately stay there again.

We stayed here during New Year's just a few weeks ago and it was absolutely magical. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the place is amazing. We had absolutely everything we could need. Annette was a great host, she was immediate in giving responses before and during our stay. The house is super confortable and spacious. We would definitely choose this place again if we're ever back in The Poconos! 110% recommended

I been coming to the Poconos for 4 years and every time the hard part is finding the right house and almost every time is something wrong with the house will not this time if you looking for nice house and affordable this is the one it has everything you need for your stay I mean everything they even left me a welcome sign and two bottles of wine ,coffee and logs for the fire place all I have to say is next time I coming back this is the house I’m renting I’m very happy best house ever 😁😁😁thanks guys

Excellent long weekend.
We enjoyed every second. We stayed here for a long weekend in early November. The owners were very accommodating and went above and beyond with every little thing. The house is super comfy and we enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen, beautiful fireplace, fun game table, and watching the large screen tv. Our family had a wonderful time and we would definitely rent this house again. The fire pit was great for making smores!
