I like the owner who was friendly and helpful. He offered to drop us at the shop and show around while the cleaner was clean the room.

Because when I arrived the room was not ready and not clean. The toilet smelled like people wee even the cleaner was done. I have to tolerate my 8 nights stay. Even though the room was about 6 minutes from the station, it was a little bit quiet if you walked late at night. Overall, the place is not that bad close to everything groceries, 7/11, and easy access to all train stations.

We like that the property is near the JR Nishikuju station and is also near Universal Studios Japan (1 train ride-Universal City Line). The property is also near a 7/11 (4 min walk) and Life Mart Grocery (5 min walk). Our room at Koti Soto was clean and very comfortable for a family of five. The host prepared a list of restaurants near the apartment and directions on how to go to main tourist spots, including emergency numbers for medical, fire and police assistance.

Large clean room. We had a small issue with the plumbing but they offered us a different room almost immediately while the problem was fixed and the offered to refund some of the cost as an apology. Amazing service

Loved the bagged room they have down stairs, very convenient if you arrive early and wish to explore the city a bit before your check-in same on check out. Love that the toilet is separated from the shower.

The room is not that sound-proofed but tolerable. Also, maybe they can add a whole body mirror somewhere outside the bathroom. :)

The place is very accessible with train stations. It’s very near to Universal Studios. There is convenience and grocery store nearby. I love how clean and pleasant it is. Perfect place to stay!

Thank you for letting us stay at Koti Sopo Nishikujo. As this accommodation is within walking distance of Nishikujo-station, it was pretty easy for us to get to. Plus, the inside of the room was very nice!! We were able to sleep well. Everyone in the staff is really nice and a cleaner told me how to use the vacuum cleaner. There were some supermarkets around the area. Also, we enjoyed the Japanese old style public bath near Koti Sopo Nishikujo!! Anyway, we had really good time during our stay in Osaka-city. It had a calm atmosphere and we were able to concentrate on our work, too We’d like to choose this accommodation again, thanks a lot!!

Everything is amazing. I didn’t expect the place to be this excellent compared to its price. The place is super cozy and comfy. The neighborhood is very safe and quite. The location is excellent, within the reachable place of a train station. The facility is super good. I wish i could stay here forever.
