Very clean house, especially since they allow pets. Well loved house with everything you need.

The layout of this house is perfect for two families. With two separate living rooms, parents can relax while kids hang out and watch a movie. It gave everyone space while keeping everyone close. Plenty of blankets, pillows, dishes and toys for our large group - 4 adults and 4 kids. Heads up there are a lot of stairs in this house. This wasn’t an issue for our group but something to be mindful of if anyone in your group has mobility issues.
Dropping one star for a few reasons. First, when we arrived to check in after 4pm, the housekeepers were still there and we weren’t able to check in right away. Not ideal after a road trip with tired kids. Second, the hot tub cover remains broken, making it difficult to open and use. I noticed that note on previous reviews and found it was still broken. Would recommend ownership prioritize getting it fixed.
Overall, a wonderful stay, with plenty of amenities and responsive property management team.

The property needs some repairs and updating. The hot tub was pretty much unusable since the cover is so waterlogged and damaged it’s very difficult to open and close. Too many stairs and very steep. Doors are difficult to open and close on the back of the house especially .

We have rented many different homes in Sunriver over the years and normally are quite happy with our rentals. This home is very close to the Benham Falls trailhead. It has a nice floor plan that lets families spread out. Beds are comfy. However, several things need attention. The gas BBQ grill is completely worn out and nearly impossible to use. Definitely needs to be replaced. The doorknobs that lead out to the deck, hot tub and garage are worn out and hard to determine when they're locked or unlocked. We got locked out several times because of this. Also, the house had a very strong smell of spray disinfectant when we arrived that gave us all a headache, a nearly used up roll of paper towels with 6 sheets left on it, no other paper towels and no clean kitchen sponge or dish cloth. The sponge that was in the kitchen sink had obviously been VERY used for cleaning purposes and was not sanitary. We aired the place out and contacted the property manager about getting a roll of paper towels and a kitchen sponge. First we were told that kitchen supplies like paper towels were not provided (never had that happen before), and then after asking again we were told that the supplies would be sent over but they never arrived during our 10 day stay. Also, there was a very stained and ratty blanket in the master bedroom closet that should be thrown out. With a few repairs and more effort and responsiveness from the property manager this home could be a great place to stay in Sunriver.

The location in SunRiver was as expected. I did not think there were so many stairs. We have someone with mobility issues so it was difficult. The place has seen some heavy use as the furnishings were pretty broken down. The internet was ok but there are no tvs that are usable for cable or internet. Even when the vacasa folks got us a cable to actually connect the dvd player to the tv we did not realize that is was not wifi capable. We were not able to use the TVs at all. The hot tub cover weights about +150# and when opened broken the arm for the holder. Even when we reported it they never came to do anything about it. We were vastly unimpressed by the quality and care of the home. The vacasa folks need to require that certain things be maintained or don’t be the rental company. The “there’s nothing we can do” is just an excuse. I will avoid vacasa operated units in future bookings

My family and I (3 generations) stayed here for a weekend visit with local family. The home was clean, comfortable and provided everything necessary to accommodate every age. There were toys and great books for our 3 and 4 year old grandchildren. Our dog was also welcome. We will definitely be back.

Big Sky #4 is a good family home in Sunriver. Large downstairs for kids to hang out. Hot tub is well maintained. The gas fireplace is an added bonus.
The stairs in the front of the home are very steep and slick especially with snow and ice.

Headed to Sunriver for a quick birthday celebration weekend. Plenty of room for everybody, a nice bonus was that it was OK to bring our dog. Very good value, big place, very clean, very reasonable price.

Two floors made it great for when the children wanted to do different things. The hot tub was large and very comfortable. Close to the hiking path.

Enjoyed our stay in this warm inviting home. Super comfy beds. Sadly the oven didn’t work after I made blueberry muffin batter. Notified Vacasa, but no one came to fix it. This was the only disappointment. Otherwise, great home and great location.

Wonderful location, very clean loved the outside patio area, kitchen well stocked, terrific garage activities except you need to provide better cues and chalk for the tips of the cues.
Passes to Sharc were very much appreciated and the house was perfect for 5 persons which was us.
I would book this house through any time.

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The amenities were really nice. It could use an umbrella for the table on the deck. Sunriver is a great place with so much to do.

House was great. You could almost swim laps in the hot tub it was so big (just kidding), we’ll stocked kitchen, lots of games including pool and ping pong and bikes. Would gladly stay there again. One caveat, if you’re handicapped, many stairs to enter.

We enjoyed the stay! This place has a very nice hot tub and other accommodations. Kids had great time with the availability of the games, dvds, and books. Kitchen was full of all kinds of dish-ware. Overall, it was a wonderful place! We will consider to return in future.

The house was great - cleaner than most dog friendly homes and felt larger than the actual square footage.
The one big negative was that it was managed by Vacasa. After being un-rented for several weeks, in typical Vacasa fashion, they would not allow us to arrive at 2pm, 2 hours before the 4pm checkin. I understand this if the house is being flipped for another tenant or peak season but this is very disappointing as it would have made our trip with no incremental cost to the owner. We will rent from Vacassa in summer when it is busy but always avoid and use local agencies in off season. If going skiing for just a weekend, those homes will often allow you to check out late on Sunday so you can ski a 2nd day. Vacassa will stick to the 10am checkout even if the house won't be rented the whole next week. We usually have a dog so they makes only 1 ski day available, hence a major, major negative to rent a Vacassa home.

Home was great, but we didn't notice any air conditioning - Oct so temps can swing from darn near freezing over night to low-mid 80's during the day. Upstairs gets warm. Plenty of cookware and dishes. BBQ worked great. Slight issue with the door lock one day, but it was just sticky and maintenance will fix I'm sure.

Just need to have those looking at this property that the front entrance stairs are very steep and many of them. If you had mobility issues this is not the house for you.

If you have elderly or senior dogs this is not an ideal house. Lots of stairs. It was clean. Well stocked and if you like to be further from village and enjoy more quiet, it is a great location!

Let’s start with I emailed them 2 times trying to add a night over a week ahead of time still no response. Phone wait times exceed 20 minutes. Booked the place specifically because we wanted a hot tub got there and the hot tub was 57 I called Vicasa local number to which they replied they would figure something out and get back to me that evening! that was Friday never heard from them at all! Thankfully I got a hold of a friend that told me how to reset it and at least got to enjoy it for one of the three nights the place itself was a little dated but really nice! location was good really appreciated the sharc passes. The owner needs to seriously consider the management company they’re using all they manage to do was take our money! If one stars reviews didn’t just hurt the owner that’s all I would give but they have a nice place management just sucks!

One caution is that the stairs up to the front door are numerous and steep and then there is another set once you are in, so if you have a problem with stairs this might not be the best fit.
Also the deck is small and not very pretty. Not a problem for us as we came in late fall and then in spring (snow!)
I wondered if there was AC -- summer might be toasty.
We definitely plan to come back although I am always staggered with the number of fees Sunriver adds to any rental.

Perfect for our Spring Ski getaway!
This house was perfect for our family's Spring Ski trip. The house's layout is perfect for our teenage sons to have their space downstairs and also access to pool table/ping-pong table. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen.
The beds were comfortable and all the amenities (washer/dryer/hot-tub...) were exactly what we needed for our family trip. Check-in & check-out was super-easy -- we would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone planning to visit Sunriver.

This house was perfect for our family's Spring Ski trip. The house's layout is perfect for our teenage sons to have their space downstairs and also access to pool table/ping-pong table. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen.

Nice House
The house was nice and very clean. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is as advertised. The bed downstairs is very uncomfortable and needs replaced or at least a topper. The dishwasher top rack is broken and every time you pull it out, it comes off the track and falls.

Great family vacation
This is a wonderful house for a family vacation, just starting to need some maintenance. We stayed with our entire family, including our 16 month old and small dog. This is a wonderful location in the quiet north end, close to hiking adventures. The kitchen is well equipped, but the dishwasher needs to be replaced (this is the reason for the four stars, we did a lot of dishes and the dishwasher is really falling apart), the beds are comfortable, and the hot tub is wonderful.
