Really nice space to be in for the weekend, landlord replied quickly and was extremely helpful when asked questions.

property was in a very good location, very clean, new furniture, heating and wifi worked perfectly, no wierd surprises

street door and surrounding the property didnt give a look, making expect a poor aspect inside too, but it wasnt indeed, all in all, its more likely it wasnt even property owner responsability narrow street not too easy to park, if arriving late and too many cars already parked near

The property was well equipped with basic equipment. Close to bus links into the centre.

The standard of cleanliness was pretty poor. Cobwebs everywhere, bogies on the bathroom wall, cigarette ash on the kitchen worktop, a friendship bracelet in the cutlery drawer, empty drinks bottles in the cupboard. It generally just needs a good deep clean which was quite disappointing after the check out time was cut by 2 hours due to ‘extra cleaning requirements’! Also the sofa bed in the living room is so small that my wife and 2 kids ended up sharing the bedroom beds pushed together.

Family of 4 with a 19 and 16yr old. I would not say that the sofa bed was big enough for 2 adults. There was a door in the bedroom to the outside. Could see outside via key hole. We blocked with a sock but also made it noisy from outside. When we opened the sofa as a bed it hadn’t been cleaned. Same when we opened the kitchen table leaf to make it fit 4. It needed a good wipe down.

I had to call to get check in instructions, spoke to a man. The day before check out I had a cleaner waking me up knocking on the door repeatedly telling me according to her records I was supposed to have checked out that morning. I show her my booking, she was very nice and apologised. I then rang the company. Literally kept cutting me off which I thought was rude enough only to finally answer and not even speak and then hang up on me. I call again and I talk and explain that when you answer a call you’re supposed to say hello. This man who is the same person who gave me the check in instructions tries to say it’s his mothers phone and says ok to what I said only to then hang up on me again! I call back I get ignored; again. I then check out that day as no way was I staying in that place one more night. Rude unprofessional staff, noisy neighbours, location on a noisy busy street. Then to top it off they take the piss returning my deposit. Only doing so after I have got in touch with Booking.com twice! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My daughter was very grateful for the crisps which were left out.

Nicely furnished with everything you need for a short break. Private parking space a bonus.

Be aware roads very narrow.

Nicely modernised apartment ,bed was very comfortable.

The main issue for us was that there were a lot of insects coming in through the bedroom door .Partly due to the hot weather but there’s too much vegetation growing outside that door.

Not hot water for 2 days, myself and 10month old baby ants and insects in property! Slugs coming in through sitting room door!
