room was super small, mattress was not comfortable, pillows were flat

The hotel suites were fantastic and clean.

Sorry to say breakfast was very limited and on our stay one Sunday they ran out of nearly everything with an hour still to go.

Staff made you feel like you were family great bartender she was very good at what she did

Pool was too cold to swim

We stayed in a suite really cute all the amenities needed if you were staying for a week or longer kitchen, etc.

The door on the shower was not properly installed and kept sliding open during shower, had to shove a washrag in the door to keep it closed.

Office staff was very nice, room was nice, very clean

I loved the customer service received from front desk and the breakfast staff. Tree and Malik greeted us so kindly during our stay. Walter from the breakfast staff was super friendly and you can tell he works hard. I hope they all get a raise soon! I enjoyed the breakfast but wish they had the inlet station like before. I liked the coffee and creamers. The facility overall was super clean and bed was pretty comfortable. Good water pressure and enjoyed the soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. I think next time if we can get the suite since the room we had was a little tight fitting but was fine overall. The pool was nice and I saw a lot of people using the workout room which looked nice.

The property needed minor updates. The 1st level hallway smelled frequently during our stay of sewage and other food smells that I am not sure where it was coming from but thankfully this smell didn’t enter our room. Also, I wish the temperature would stay at the setting it was at. There would time we would turn down the temperature but it would not stay there and the room would become stuffy. I wish there was a little more hot food variety but breakfast served its purpose for myself and family.

microwave wave was not clean, looked like something exploded. there was a beep every minute for 3 days. notified desk who said it was probably fire alarm batteries. They were never changed and no one came to room to investigate.
