Location was perfect with shops, restaurants and the beach in walking distance.

Great location, good value for money and good kitchen facilities, lots of pans/containers etc. Excellent views from the balcony. Taxi transfer service also great value. We read a few reviews about smells and cockroaches. We had neither the owner has taken steps to address this but we did spray etc just in case. Owner was very accommodating and let us have a late check out. You can exit apartments via floor 1 to be closer to Fanabe/Puerto Colon or floor 3 for top road to walk to San Eugenio. Buy your first 5ltr water then you can fill it on site (next to pool) for 50cents saves carrying from the shop! Would definitely return.

Noisy next to the motorway but could live with this because of amazing views and we were prepared for this! Could do with a toaster in kitchen. Appt is a bit run down but you get what you pay for and this was definitely good value for what we paid.

Apartment was very spacious with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. Pool is great.

View of the sea is shown but the main view is of the motorway which is very loud. The shower is very small and you have to turn sideways to get in. This would be no good for anyone on the larger side. There is also a terrible smell in the bathroom.

We stayed in the apartment for one month, remote office work. The flat is spacious enough for 2 people to feel comfortable working at the same time. Enough of storage space. Overall, everything was fine. Location allowed us to avoid renting a car. It was close to the beach, supermarkets, entertainment. Bus stops were just next to the complex. Great balcony with ocean view, always bright, lots of sunshine, yet not hot in the flat. We had all we needed in the flat for a monthly stay. A lot of kitchen appliances + salt, pepper, etc. We really didn't have to buy much. Amazing pool with sea water and a bar next to it. Super clean and big enough for proper swimming. Loved it. As well, beach was in less than 10min of walking distance. One of the best beaches in the area, for sure. Internet connection was covering our needs, though fiber would be definitely better. It's a SIM-card modem, connected to 4G network. The keys were handed over on time, our host was very friendly and helpful when needed.

There's some things that should be considered before choosing this particular apartment. The highway is just next to the complex, it's super loud, no matter you have open or closed doors. If you are easily disturbed during night, avoid this flat. You will never sleep. It is REALLY loud. Motorbikes, sport cars and trucks will be waking you up multiple times during night. There are several comments about unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It is there, but it can be easily mitigated. Just close the bidet drain hole fully, and close shower drain hole each time after taking shower. It won't be noticeable. On top, there are cockroaches. Not many, but definitely once per day you'll have them in the flat. watch out. We bought the spray and traps. It helped a bit, but you cannot get rid of them fully. They are just there in the complex. Tap water was not very pleasant to smell or drink, luckily there's a water machine with 50cents per 5L of water. We used it.

Location, sunny balcony, Bar staff at pool were excellent, always cleaning & good food.

Lift to 7th floor was very poor didn’t work at times. The complex needs a face lift but it’s a work in process.
