Lovely person who greeted us. A beautiful room which we were moved to when she saw my mother couldn’t easily walk up a further flight of steps, so they were very flexible and accommodating. A nice view of one of the nicest streets in Caernarfon. Close to nice cafes, pubs and restaurants. The room and bathroom were nice and modern. It seems I didn’t know that they had a room (for those with mobility issues) on the ground floor, but it was apparently taken. Finally, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
It’s a shame they don’t offer some form of breakfast, even cereals, but the kitchen is good and useful, and has a large fridge. I’m not sure why they don’t offer toiletries; it shouldn’t have been offered in Bookings.com. The single beds are a little small.

Location was amazing
Property felt incredibly dated. The price was comparable to other hotels, but it lacked basic commodities such as shower gel. The heating didn’t work so our room was stuck on 27 degrees

Staff was responsive and friendly. Issues with the room were addressed quickly. Clean, convenient to bus and major sites, on charming street. Felt secure. Full kitchen. A place for quiet travelers, not a party hostel.
Late night noise from nearby venues over the weekend. Bring earplugs. No lift and many stairs.

nice property, Wi-Fi, clean, good location, great comms for check in as we were late arriving. short drive into snowdon for hikers, loads of pubs and food close by, town had a great vibe locals were really friendly. great trip. thanks

Good place to stay as a family. Nice family room with 1 double bed + 2 single beds. Nice staff. They have a small kitchen that guests can use for snacks, really handy when travelling with children. Premium location.
Only downside the heating not working properly, but staff gave us a heater. Room windows directly on the street so can be noisy in busy w-e evenings.

Amazing location, very clean and well organized. loved the view of the town wall and Ben Twthill.
No complaints, but for clarity it’s a little bit like a hostel with private rooms. Common area kitchen, few toiletries, and no staff on site most of the time.

Because it is so central it was a bit noisy when pubs shut. But it wasn't late. Probably would be less noisy normally anyway as I stayed on a particularly busy weekend

The location is great, very close to Caernarfon castle. The staff there was really nice and friendly. The place was nice and clean. There was a kitchen space with all key kitchen tools that you can use.

The Saturday night it was very noisy so did not get a lot of sleep. No TV.

On arrival we were given the most detailed tour of the place and the facilities. The welcome pack is very useful and the room was spotless.
There wasn't anything we disliked we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ☺️

No hanging space or coat hooks in room so clothes had to be hung over back of chair. Fine in sunny weather but with wet coats or outdoor clothing in would be difficult.

The location was great. But wasn't aware there was so many stairs as I have difficulty with my breathing . And it was very hard work getting up all those stairs.

location, clean room, the volunteer Janet was lovely and provided lots of information
noisy pub goer with loud music playing late night, the seagulls were incredibly loud something never experienced before could not sleep for the 2 days we stayed, no air conditioning and the windows can not be opened more than few inches
