The location was great (ski in and ski out), we enjoyed the hot tubs on property, and management was responsive when we contacted them with a few issues but the unit is very outdated and cleaning supplies are scarce. The cloth on the sofas is peeling off, so very unappealing and uncomfortable, blinds to the balcony don't close properly, broken chair on the balcony, dishwasher extremely loud, kitchen is a hodge podge of plates, pans, dull knives, etc. And you need to plan to have most of your own cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen storage (foil, plastic wrap, etc.) For the amount of money paid, I believe one would expect a nicer unit but I guess the location sells the unit and allows the owners to do very little to no improvements.

First, I assumed an elevator in listing meant not having to do stairs like we did :( One of us has bad knee and the access to elevator was a key choice. Truth is you park in garage and either walk 2 flights of stairs to unit level, or you walk out of garage (into outdoor elements) and curve around building to access elevator at just far end of building. That still requires a bit of walking from elevator to unit, including 2 sets of 5 steps. Ugh, not what I was going for to avoid stairs. Also, the actual unit is very outdated, only getting more so as reviews carry on over time. In fact, some wall hangings now missing from what was pictured in listing. Greedy investors anger me to collect rental income and do NO improvements to match what you pay for. Advice: start with simple remodel to both bathrooms. Fix screen door so bugs don't come in sizable gap. The walls are quite thin - hear plumbing in kitchen or adjoining bathroom from bedroom. Again, just outdated and unless you're okay with that for winter slope location/access, there are plenty of other better options for non-winter season. We booked very last minute so unfortunately just chose this as it was available providing 2 bathrooms and what I thought was a more convenient practical elevator situation. Will compliment the cleaning staff - my husband said "this is the cleanest, oldest place I've been in!" Know the bar is lower for winter rentals in a ski town, that doesn't excuse the low standard of the property owner.

Amazing unit, with lots of space, huge living room and kitchen area. Truly ski in ski out. It is above the snowflake lift so you just ski down four o’clock from the house and walk across the street to the snowflake lift. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a large family for a week. Great indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor hot tub looking over four o clock run. I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Summer long weekend get away
We were looking for somewhere that wasn't 100° in the summer and Breckenridge was a great choice. The property was a little out of the way from downtown which would have been more nice during these summer months but we made it work. Property felt older and outdated and some things were frustrating but overall a great experience still. Our 3 year old loved how close we were to the pool and we went more than once every day!

The location was fantastic. Everything was as listed, and very clean. The only think you improve on is that there was only about 6 minutes of hot water at a time. I didn’t have time to contact management about it, but i has the feeling they would have looked into it if i has. I would book again.

Overall the property was great and very spacious. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and loved the location. We enjoyed watching the skiiers go by and skiing right up to our property. There were a few things that we found odd and inconvenient: Lack of kitchen pots, dishes, silverware and wine glasses that made it difficult to cook meals. The refrigerator had no bars on the door for our stuff to be securely in place when one opened the refrigerator door. The lighting in the bedrooms were terrible, especially the bunk bed room. Other than those few items above, it was overall a great stay.

Overall the property was great and very spacious. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and loved the location. We enjoyed watching the skiiers go by and skiing right up to our property. There were a few things that we found odd and inconvenient: Lack of kitchen pots, dishes, silverware and wine glasses that made it difficult to cook meals. The refrigerator had no bars on the door for our stuff to be securely in place when one opened the refrigerator door. The lighting in the bedrooms were terrible, especially the bunk bed room. Other than those few items above, it was overall a great stay.

The property is in a great location where you can ski in and ski out. The beds and furniture were awesome. If I had a complain it is that the pots and pans could be upgraded.

There was little to fault about this property. Easy ski-in, ski-out, underground parking, close to town, spacious, and well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were wonderful after a hard days skiing.
The interior is a little dated but so, so clean! The kitchen could use some extras pans (one pot meals for the win!)
Having to pick up and drop off keys was an extra step at the beginning and end of a long travel day, but very easy to locate and park.
Overall, a wonderful experience!

Perfect location and SO clean!
There was little to fault about this property. Easy ski-in, ski-out, underground parking, close to town, spacious, and well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were wonderful after a hard days skiing.

Perfect location for ski in and out
Dated property but clean. Absolutely loved the ski in and out location. I stayed there with my 2 brother in laws. One had the master bedroom, one slept in one of the bunk beds in the 2nd room, and I slept on the food out couch. The food out was decent fir a food out. I’m not sure how comfortable 8 people would be in this condo though? It’s perfect for 4 to 5 people. I snore a lot so that’s why I chose to sleep in the food out couch. The location is spot on for ski in and out.

Very convenient to everything and easy to take turns skiing. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with the littles. My only suggestion to the owner is to update the kitchen outfitting…we had to request a small pot for cooking and the refrigerator door shelving was missing… not huge issues for most but we have kids with allergies and cook in a lot vs eating out. We were provided what was needed, I just recommend updating and changing some old out with new.

Older, but the location can’t be beat. True ski in and ski out. I would absolutely stay here again. Recommend the owner buy more spoons, a couple more big pots and some Tupperware to store leftovers. The pullout bed and leather couch in family room could be more comfortable. These are Just little suggestions to make it better, but overall, great place

Great stay for families
We love Tyra II properties! The view from our deck was spectacular. The pool and hot tubs were well cleaned and virtually private. Our room provided all the comforts and conveniences needed, including games!
