Great villa had everything we needed and any assistance we needed was dealt with straight away. Highly recommended

The pool isn't heated

the space, the view, the location - very close to everything by short car travel, very friendly staff

the access, difficult to arrive to the location on a small entrance between other properties with street numbers higher than it

Everything was brilliant, amazing villa in the quiet neighborhood, close to supermarkets, parking place for 2 cars, clean swimming pool, spacious place for rest and relax. We received the tips how to get to the location. Person waited with the keys and asnwered all our questions during the arrival. Very helpfull and kind assistance during all stay. I fully reccomend ! We would like to come back again, for sure.

This house is huge, even bigger than it looks in the pictures. I liked everything, well equipped, lovely pool, very clean, comfortable beds. The location was good for us, away from the crowds and very quiet. It's an easy 20 minute downhill walk to pubs, restaurants and shops, also Aqualand in one direction and an easy 25 minute downhill walk to Siam Mall in the other direction. I did walk back uphill a few times but it is steep and so quite a workout which I enjoyed but many wouldn't so you are probably going to take taxis back which are cheap enough so not an issue. There are 2 smart TVs so there's something to watch if you just want to spend a quiet night in. It was great value for money and I'd definitely stay here again.

The mosquitoes - bring bug spray! That was probably just a side effect of the great weather - best I've known in November in Tenerife.

Great villa, lovely views

The photos on the site do not do the Villa the justice it deserves. It is large enough to accommodate a big family (7 of us), with excellent facilities such as a games room, breakout rooms and numerous outdoor patios. The swimming pool area was large so plenty room for sunbathing and the pool deep so the kids could play all manner of games. The kitchen was also great with plenty of space to store numerous drinks and food items (there was also a kitchen area in the games room). The dishwasher, washing machine and ironing board were essential with so many children but all worked perfectly and were easy to use. All the floors were tiled and the bedrooms and bathrooms well-stocked with linen and towels. A great experience and we will definitely be returning!

Nothing it all worked perfectly.

The villa has a stunning view and really has a lot of space! There always is a place to have a seat in the sun, but there also is a place to have a seat in the shadows. It was really nice to sit near the pool and just relax. We saw complaints about not having warm water. There are 4 different bathrooms which all have a shower. Only the two upstairs bathrooms didn't have warm water which still leaves you with two warm water showers. Which to us was plenty. It is a nice extra that we could play darts and there was a pooltable. In total the villa was really good!

Fabulous views, spacious property, secure parking .

Pool was filthy and unusable for first 4 days. Rest of the house needs a good clean, it all felt dirty. Especially the bathrooms. There is NO air conditioning despite the website saying there is. Lots of facilities are broken or very worn. This includes the barbecue which was unusable, the pool table is missing balls and in a terrible state, the gym equipment is set to Schwarzenegger level, no hot water on lower level and the sofa bed is on an unlocked annex level with no curtains so can’t be used as a bedroom. No information on house facilities or even about returning the key.
