Aktualisierte Bilder in Kürze. Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst, parkt ohne zusätzliche Kosten! Der Raum ist ideal für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (1 Queen-Bett und 1 Queen-Schlafsofa). We enjoyed our stay in Aspen. The studio apartment was totally sufficient for our short stay. Very clean, nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen. However, be aware that the condo is located on a very loud street. Sleeping with open windows was impossible. But if noise doesn't bother you, this is fine.

We loved every second of our stay and this condo let us do it all. Heart of Aspen is spot on -- it is a beyond perfect location -- comfortable and there was easy communication and they had every single item we could ask for on-site. We were able to ski, dine, shop and relax in complete comfort in this awesome place. Communication and cleanliness were top notch and we are so grateful to have the opportunity to stay here! We'd move in if we could. Thanks for making Aspen so incredible for us and our family!!

This was a cozy, welcoming place to stay for a few nights' getaway. All of downtown Aspen was an easy walk. Close to restaurants, the grocery store, the gondola to the top of Aspen Mountain, and to Aspen's wonderful park and trail system. We could hear some delivery truck traffic at night, but enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Great place to base out of. Small but has all the necessities. Easy to work with owners. Third story walk up is noticeable if you are from a lower altitude but we had no issues. Parking was relatively easy. We never had any problems with availability. The location could not be better. Beautiful trails across the street, bear Gondola, near pedestrian mall.

This suited my purposes. The studio itself was nice. The building needs some serious updates.

Quiet and convenient location
Great location. Can walk to trails along the river, restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shops. There is some road noise during the day but at night it’s quiet. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice layout for a studio. Plenty of closet space for your stuff. Very clean and maintained. It’s first come for parking but we had no problem getting a space and there were plenty more unused. We were in the off season so I’m not sure what it’s like during peak.

The condo was in an excellent location and well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was simple but equipped with everything we needed. The bed and linens were exceptionally luxurious. We had large bags that were a little struggle getting to the 3rd floor (no elevator) and the keypad on the door was very difficult to use. We were given only one bath towel which was simply an oversight from housekeeping and not a big deal.

Great location and easy walking to shops and restaurants around Aspen. Clean accommodations and comfortable for 2 adults.

Ideal location
The location is ideal, right on the corner of downtown. The place is small but all you need for a quick get away. The only downside we found was that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which we were aware of, but it was a bit of a work out to carry all our stuff up there.

Lovely studio in Aspen
This property actually lived up to its billing. It was clean, nicely decorated and has everything two people need. We were there to ski, and since it’s a third floor unit, we chose to leave our skis in our car. We were able to walk right to the gondola, as well as the downtown Aspen streets. We’ve stayed in several VRBO units, and this is the only one we found to be stellar. We highly recommend this property.
